Dollar General — Local services in Williams

It is the poor, lazy, unprofessional management at the Williams, AZ location of Dollar General which prompted me to write this review. One of my bank's features is the ability to deposit money into my account from any Dollar General location and I have stopped at this store every other Saturday to make two deposits into my bank account for over a year since GoBank limits it to two deposits according to Dollar General. However last night, the current manager named Adena (this store goes through managers like I go through socks) decided she couldn't remember ever doing this for me and said they couldn't make any more than a single $500 deposit for me. When I left the store and called my bank I find that there is NO SUCH CHANGE and later realized that the manager is simply very lazy and blamed the store's District Manager for making the change, although it isn't her change to make since it is a corporate agreement. Avoid this store and AVOID THE MANAGER ADENA! She's apparently only doing the minimum she has to in order to keep her position so she can hide in her little office and pretend not to hear any problems going on in the store. The store itself is always filthy and horribly organized - the only real value I found here is the perk of depositing cash into my bank and now the management has become so lazy she can't even be bothered to swipe my card and charge me their fee for making the deposit. Now that I know that Adena lied to my face then I don't mind talking about her horrible service online. FIND ANOTHER JOB, GIRL! You don't bring anything to the table where management is...

Went in here 3 times to stock up because doordash wouldnt do it. The first day, they gave me grief over my ID, which i had like a million pictures of, kept telling them so, and my student id and other documents. But they told me that i wasnt listening. But they took my money anyways. Next day? Same thing over food. Cody was extremely rude to me, when he declined to honor a price for product. The tag stated in multiple places of the store 3 for $11 on a six pack of plastic bottled sodas. I got the sodas required per the tag. He was shown the tag and 8x11 paper multiple times and walked back up to the register, throwing the tag in my face that it had expired and it wasn’t his problem to honor the price even though he forgot to pull the tags. I AM NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN, unless MGMT does something about this employee and a possible way to rectify...
