From a dominos fan, this is the WORST dominos on earth. How its still in business is a mystery to me. They close early randomly and forget to cancel orders so Ive gotten notified that my order is ready, show up, and they are closed. And to be clear it was marked ready at 9:12pm and I was there at 9:20 ON A SATURDAY. The girls cleaning up tried ignoring me at their door and said they cancelled it (after confirming ready for pickup of course). Tonight I showed up 10 minutes after my order was marked ready and despite them having 8+ ppl inside working, my order was not in fact ready and actually needed 15 more minutes. Meaning it was as if I had ordered 2 minutes ago not 30+ minutes ago as their grubhub says they take 17 minutes to prepare for a quick and easy pickup. The guy working just explained they always automatically click ready for pickup 10 min after the order is made so that the app “stops beeping”…lying to pickup customers so that they dont have to finish in a timely fashion is all I understood. Ive also walked in when there are only 2-3 employees and one is actually working while the cashier and delivery driver are chomping down on the garlic bites…GLOVED. if my school didnt have a partnership with ONLY this pizza joint i would have saves so much energy and gone to Chanellos...

Our guest started to eat the pizza and suddenly I found that there were pork on our pizza . And we stopped eating as we are Muslim and we don’t eat pork . I went to counter and told the (black T-shirt ) lady hey I think you made a mistake,I ordered vegetable pizza but you used pork . Afterwards, her behaviour was like a hell . She started showing attitude and started screaming at me when I said you should say sorry and remake it . She said she can not remake it , she returned my money back . I am sure my pizza will be cold by the time I get it. Thanks for ruining my evening. I have hungry family over and we are all starving. We ordered at 3:40pm to beat the dinner rush. The pizza has been sitting in quality check since 4:16pm. It's 5:11pm and no pizza! I am furious!
Update: Pizza on the way at 5:18pm. Someone answered the phone. No apology, refused to remake my order, told me my order wasn't made because my phone number was incorrect. Didn't offer to make it right. Worst experience ever!
Got my food at 5:21pm. Barely warm, a step above cold. Had to heat everyones food in the microwave. Burnt and dried out cheese. Definitely been sitting out for awhile. Thanks for the old, cold food. Since they don't answer the phone, I'll contact corporate. Maybe they will make it right.
