HUGE portions! My friend and I were attempting to eat @ the Green leaf restaurant next door, however, they were closed. Therefore we ate here instead. Greeted by a nice lady, whom is the bartender/server/hostess in one. We were instructed to find a table, grab a menu, and when ready to order, go to the cash register. My friend ordered the Chicken Parmesan (Price unknown) and I ordered the Greek Spaghetti, consisting of baked mozzarella cheese with Feta Cheese ($17.99). My word, my dish will be enough for three or four dinners! Finding the parking lot can be tricky if you don’t know what to look for. Turn in the alleyway right next to the Green Leaf and park in that huge lot. Be aware, some drivers may not be paying attention and rather than yielding to the traffic, they will selfishly make YOU back into traffic (Yes, talking about the lady yakking on the cell phone, driving a white Jeep Grand Cherokee). The lady operating as hostess/bartender/server did an outstanding job. Nobody wants to work anymore and that’s sad.

I wanted to like this place but just couldn't! The front host had a very dry personality and wasn't welcoming at all. There's basically instructions listed on the wall for you to seat yourself, etc, which in my opinion takes away the opportunity for customer interaction. Anyways, we heard that the pizza 🍕 was good at this place, but it was average at the least. The cheese on the pizza is so thick you can literally choke on it 😖 and the dough wasn't cooked thoroughly. We would've probably been more happy ordering a pan pizza from Pizza Hut. The music selections played in the lobby wasn't bad however, the volume was way too loud. Overall, LTS doesn't recommend Paul's Deli for pizza or dinning-in experience 👎🏾

We happened to be in town for vacation over the holidays and long story short, we decided to place an order with Paul’s Deli. I ordered an Italian sub which tends to be my go to test for anyplace that specializes in subs and/or has the word “Deli” in its name. My wife had the Florida sub. My Italian wasn’t a bad sandwich but it definitely wasn’t a traditional Italian sub. My wife didn’t find anything special of note about her Florida sub except the absolutely ridiculous amount of mayo that was on it and squished all over the place while she ate it. Overall our experience with Paul’s Deli wasn’t horrendous but it wouldn’t warrant a return visit and I wouldn’t recommend you try it.

Today is a sad day considering I’m leaving this review. For I’m a local who has grown up here in Williamsburg and has eaten at Paul’s Deli multiple times. Don’t get me wrong the food is great, but unfortunately the customer service has deterred me from coming back ever again. And I can no longer recommend to family and friends.

Me and my significant other ordered an $87 meal through Door Dash. Door Dash was told by a Paul’s Deli employee the order was complete when in actuality it wasn’t. Naturally this isn’t Door Dash’s fault and they don’t deliver mistakes.

Now we have to drive out to Paul’s Deli and pickup the remainder of our order which completely nullifies utilization of Door Dash. Meanwhile the food that was delivered is gonna be cold by the time we return home.

On the way there I called to see if we could be compensated with a free large pizza ($16) since ours would be cold upon returning home. The manager deemed it unfair to get a free pizza for the loaded fries ($10) they left out of the order. I explained that we’re having to drive out there because of their mistake, and the food that was delivered would be cold upon returning home. He wasn’t having it. Instead he offered a gift certificate for the price of the loaded fries ($10) for our next visit. I declined and decided this would be the last time we’re gonna do business with them.

Once there they made fresh loaded fries and offered us the old fries as well. Well I declined because who wants cold fries? But I thought it was kinda funny that they’d rather lose us as customers over $6.

In the end we spent $87 on a cold meal minus loaded fries and nullified utilization of Door Dash which was a complete waste of time, money, and gas. Thank you Paul’s Deli for not seeing and easing the issue over 6 bucks for...

Let me first start off by saying these Reviews are Ancient So don't go by them and the ones that aren't clearly are from the People they know. This is NOT a Kid Friendly Atmosphere and there's Nothing more that says family friendly with ripped open baggies in the men's bathroom... I Felt like I let my family Down by taking them there! YES it's that HORRIBLE!! And then we have the service which Was Obsolete! We pretty much did it all but bring our food to the table which we was getting ready too, it set up on the counter for I don't know how long and All our food came out at different times and we are Not talking minutes it was at least 15 minutes for each item to come out! We ordered Nachos that are not Nachos, they melted mozzarella cheese over burnt Nachos and a Whole head of lettuce not meat, barely sour cream and cold with lot's and lot's of lettuce that was starting to brown! Next was an Italian sub Again was cold & the roll was burnt so bad when my fingers touched the bread it pretty much crumbled and it did have 2 pieces of meat on it and plenty of lettuce and the end of hot peppers ... Also we got the loaded fries & was Cold like they wasn't even cooked thoroughly with mozzarella cheese all through it we couldn't even eat it! Lastly was the Spaghetti with meatballs Again Cold & had like a metallic taste to it and that was the Only taste it had! Everything we ordered we couldn't eat! Now I know why they make You Pay up front for your food! I Would make sure Know One wastes their money there! Over $80 was spent on this Toxic waste... The ONLY THING WE GOT FROM THIS PLACE WAS AN UPSET STOMACH & WE'RE ALL NAUSEOUS! ZERO Stars if I...

I found this place on a list of family friendly places to eat in Williamsburg. It said there was something for everyone and that they had vegetarian and vegan options. Parking is difficult to get to, and when we went in we realized it’s not even a full service restaurant. You are not greeted, you get your own menu, peruse it, and order at the register, get your own drinks, etc. After a long day I wouldn’t recommend it. There was no kid’s section on the menu; not sure why it is called family friendly. Everything was expensive especially when the quality was considered. The food was mediocre at best. For two entrees (no sides are included with the entrées), one appetizer, a basket of fries, a soup, a house salad, and two sodas, our total was nearly $85.. The salad was more like a pile of old iceberg with a handful of other vegetable garnishes, but after picking the brown pieces out it was still okay to eat. The soup (their soup of the day) was quite salty almost too salty to eat. Took most of it home to try to add it into something else to make it more palatable. My son burned his hands multiple time on his plate which was so incredibly hot that even though they had put another plate under it as a buffer, even that plate was ridiculously hot. I ended up replating it onto the plate my bowl of soup came on; it should have been replated in the kitchen. No one checked on us or asked how our food was. I would not recommend this place at all. It was mostly empty at 6:00PM and...
