Sprinkled Sweet — Restaurant in Williamsport

I can't comment about the ice-cream but the bakery and the staff I most certainly can. I was excited to find this bakery on our way to the Brick Yard for Mother's day. We decided to go in and it is a cute shop with everything displayed nicely except for the total lack of visible pricing... While waiting for the young woman working in the front to finish up with a customer's order meanwhile a woman working at the big table behind the display case commented about the tee shirt my husband was wearing asking if he went to the Karate school it advertised, he responded no he didn't and that he wasn't sure where it came from (we're in our 50's with 2 grown children and have lived in multiple states and areas over the past 33 years) the employee then said it was a school here in Wmspt. and then rudely "said "Why are YOU wearing it, then?" as if it was any of her business let alone to speak to a customer in such a rude manner. At this time the front employee was ready for our order so I got 3 little macaroons, a Sammy (two cookies with frosting between, them) and a bar cookie. $24. 99 I about choked! then even more so when later that night we sampled our purchase. The Sammy cookie was hard as a rock so I took it apart and noticed that the filling was only piped around the the very outer edge with nothing between the rest of the cookie, the macaroons were chewy and sticky and the bar cookie was just okay. None of them were worth the price and I think it's very deceptive trickery to not have the price displayed. Will not return...

I ordered a cake from here and was disappointed. I called them and left a message (because nobody picked up the phone although it was during business hours) with a question about my cake days before it was supposed to be picked up and they never called me back. When my boyfriend went to pick up the cake it was in a ridiculous box that did not fit it at all. When he tried to tell them that this cake had to be transported 3 hours they said it’s fine just have somebody hold it although there would be no one else in the car with me to do so. The only thing I asked them to put on this cake was Happy 25th Birthday (insert friends name) and they didn’t even do that. The cake was very dry and overall I was really disappointed with it. When I told the owner about all these problems she said and I quote “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Terrible customer service I will...

I ordered a wedding cake for my daughter's wedding. When it arrived the lady delivering the cake crushed the second of the 3 layers. She said she could go get her tools, which she didn't have with her. She then decided to just use the decorations to cover it up. She delivered it at 10 a.m. and we didn't have time to get a different cake by 1 p.m. It was crooked to start with and got worse as time went on. When contacted about this issue they told us we should have canceled the order 2 weeks ago. They also didn't deliver the extra layer we ordered as a seperate topper. The estimate was $135 when they quoted the price and the final charge was $320. From our experience they also do not return phone calls....
