I order from Jet' s pizza locations often. Tonight I called into this specific location and provided my order with a female employee after being asked "pick up or delivery". I requested delivery. I was then informed they would not deliver due to the fact they did not have enough drivers on staff. When I proceeded to ask why I was given the option before placing my order & and provided my order, the response I received was "I forgot"... I made my way to this location and decided to place my order in person all went well. While waiting the estimated amount of time, I came back into location, walked up to the counter where a female employee proceeded to sit on her phone look directly at me, than went on her phone just to turn and walk away moment later without any acknowledgement. Several minutes later a male employee came upfront and asked me if I need help. I informed him I was picking up an order, and also informed him of the other employees actions to where his response was "Oh okay". Read moreThe pizza is pretty good, but to be honest, the only advantage it has over Little Caesar's Deep Deep Dish pizza is that it reheats really well. If you're going to eat it all, save the $20 and order a fresh DDDP (with extra sauce). Also, I ordered a by-the-slice thinking I could eat it while I waited for my sub, but it came at the same time and the pizza was barely warm (had to take it home to reheat).
As for the subs, don't waste your time or money. The bread is pretty good, which is absolutely imperative, but the filling was mediocre at best. Also, who puts diced tomato on a sandwich? 90% fell out while I was eating. And for an Italian sub, you're just not going to make the grade if you exclude both capicola AND pepperoni. Ham and salami is pretty much a cold cut combo from Subway, just missing the bologna. Heck, the two Italian subs from Subway both have pepperoni. Jet's really wants their Italian sub to have an inferior meat...
Read moreNever eating here again. Found a hair in my food once but chalked it up to eating the food outside and thought a stray hair found its way into my meal by way of wind gust. Ordered here a few more times and once left before getting my food because they were moving a bit slow and about 10 minutes over scheduled pick up and I had an appointment. I wasn't angry and had already paid online. I don't know if someone is putting hair in my food out of anger about my leaving this one time or what ( same employee was there), but my chicken DEFINITELY had way too much hair imbedded in a piece for it to be accidental. One was suspiciously short with a bulb still intact on the end of it and tapered at the other end ( vomit if this is what I think it is). It's absolutely disgusting the amount of hair I found. Either one of the employees needs a psych evaluation or to put on a gddamn hairnet! WATCH...
