Firstly, they must have a new owner or chef. Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu. Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great. My experience at Willby's was great! The food was so tasty, and this is coming from someone who is a huge foodie. The bacon-wrapped dates are phenomenal, as are the beet salad and the vegetarian sandwiches and wraps. The chef came out to say hello and it was awesome to learn that we share a favorite restaurant in Chicago! We also met the hotel management team and they were all so warm and welcoming! I can't wait to come back to try more items on the menu! Overall, a fantastic dine-in experience all around....

Food here is great! Had the opportunity to have food made by Chef Tiffany. So far the dinners and Handhelds we have eaten have been very good. After our first order we had to come back and try other dishes on the menu.
