Usually OK service, but tonight was not the best experience for me 6/4/25. Around 7:30pm I pulled into the drive thru and ordered two items, a big mac and a large fry. There’s 3 windows, I pull to the first one to pay, was told to go to the next one. There I’m met with a lady who repeated my order back to me and then instructs me to pull into one of the numbers parking spots. No problem. I pull into spot 4 and I’m sitting here for a little over ten minutes. In that time I watched an employee with light blue hair deliver bags to the other cars parking in the numbers spaces, but not mine (there were two others cars parked). I’m also seeing people who came through the drive thru after me leave before me. So I go inside with my receipt and a man, who I’m assuming is a manager (a man with a beard and glasses, who was also wearing a shirt and tie) comes up to me and I politely explain to him what happened while showing him my receipt. He immediately walks over to the window where the lady who told me to pull up was, as well as the girl with the blue hair who was delivering food to people waiting outside. He tells them what happened, and both of them started arguing with him (not yelling or cussing, but being kinda disrespectful and trying to defend what they did). He then coached the woman who told me to pull up and corrected her. The blue haired girl claims she went up to every car that was parked in the numbered spaces. THAT IS A FULL FACED LIE. I WATCHED her go to the two other cars and did NOT come to mine, so she lied to her manager. The manager immediately remakes my order (which was most likely cold by now, and without me even having to ask!!!) and apologized to me. The manager picks up a bad that was DIRECTLY BEHIND the woman working the drive thru and said that was supposed to me mine. I’m glad he took it upon himself to remake my order, cause I would’ve asked for it to be remade if it was cold. Very good on the manager! To top it all off, the blue hair girl mumbled under her breath “…..irritating”. Most likely referring to me, her manager, or both. Either way, how are YOU gonna call US irritating when YOU MESSED UP and then LIED TO YOUR MANAGERS FACE ABOUT IT! If anything YOU’RE the...
Read moreI wanted to post this today. I’ve never posted for a McDonald’s before because honestly, no one expects the best service for McDonald’s However, this morning, I stopped to get something to eat and a small coffee because I had a headache. And I need to get something in my stomach to take an aspirin before I went to work. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and a Coffee. She told me the price, we drove up to the window paid went to the next window. Got my sandwich waiting for the coffee, The lady asked me what we were waiting for. we told her we were waiting on the coffee. She said you didn’t pay for the coffee. I looked at my receipt and sure enough the lady at the first window didn’t charge me for the coffee. I said OK please can I have a coffee she said no you have to drive around Again, and get the coffee. I was completely stunned. I asked how come you can’t just pour the coffee and charge me for it now. she said no we don’t do that. You need to drive back around and shut the window on me. I was completely dumbfounded. I know a lot of us has been in the scenarios where they just take your card at the second window charger for whatever, than give you your order. This woman refuse to do it. I was not angry with her. I was not mean. I did not talk down to her. I just simply was curious why she couldn’t do it. This happened at 7 o’clock...
Read moreWe ordered a breakfast sandwich meal, a steak big breakfast w/o hot cakes, and 1 hash brown. We were initially charged for 2 hash browns and told that one of the hash browns we were charged for was for the big breakfast. Even after explaining that the hash brown that comes with the big breakfast is already included in the cost of the big breakfast, the staff just didn't understand why we wanted 3 hash browns in total. Once we FINALLY got that cleared up and were pulling off, the big hispanic lady at the window yelled "WOW," as if our expectation of getting what we paid for was too high. Luckily, we did not get any condiments, and I needed to grab some. But the lobby was closed at 730 am when the hours showed that it was open. There was an employee knocking HARD on the door trying to go in who let me know that I needed to go back thru the line to get the condiments I needed. She then let me know if she was able to get in, she would bring me what I needed. Lo, and behold, the woman with the purple hair (she and the big hispanic lady were arguing with my husband about the hash brown in the drive thru) came to the door. I was then able to say how unprofessionally they treated us. Her excuse was that they were short staffed. How in the hell is that my problem? I just...
