Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wilson

I’m giving a decent rating for the food but recently I stopped at this location and ordered a Diet Pepsi with my meal, as I have gestational diabetes. I was most definitely given a regular soda and didn’t realize it until it was too late and ended up being sick most of the day. Mixing up a drink may not seem too serious but for someone with a more severe case of diabetes it could have been way worse. And I’m pretty positive that the two young girls at the window on the evening of 6/24/23, copied down my debit card information. At the time I didn’t think anything of it until I got home and mentioned their behavior to my fiancé. The girl taking my order in the drive thru seemed very pleasant and when I got to the window I was greeted very kindly and immediately got complimented on my appearance. I handed the young girl with facial piercings my card and she hands it to the girl beside her. She continues to go on about my hair color and told me that strawberry blonde is the rarest hair color then asked me if I knew that already. She asked me if I wanted any sauce. She continues to ask me how my day was and she stared at me the entire time and only occasionally glancing at the other girl next to her who had my debit card, and almost seemed nervous. The girl who had my card this entire time finally hands me my card back and tells me she liked my car. She then brings me my food and told me to have an amazing night but seemed like she was trying to hurry me along even though they weren’t busy. They could have just been being overly friendly and trying to make small talk but the whole situation seemed off. I locked my card as soon as I got home after realizing their behavior was a little suspicious and actually realizing how long they had my card out of my sight. I don’t understand why my card had to be handed off to another person to be swiped/inserted. While all this is going on someone that I was not able to see asked what they were doing and the girls response was “would you stop, we’re just complimenting people”. I now think they were being questioned about my card but I can’t be sure. I debated on sharing this since I locked my card before they had a chance to make any transactions but I rather give a warning so others can be on the look out while dining at this location than have this happen to many...

Customer service it's not available if you go inside!!-----Waited almost 5 minutes for some one to come take my order, then waited another 9 minutes to get the two tacos and two burritos i ordered. The girl that brought food to counter ignored me when i asked to speak with a manager. I said it nice the first time, then spoke loudly the second time and she still ignored me while hiding behind the rack of microwaves. I spoke loudly a third time and then finally the drive thru girl yelled someones name and then a .manager walked out from the back. This manager was tree dance person who had just come out to take an order of a person who just walked in...she even asked if i needed to order and i said then that i was waiting a ridiculous amount of time for mine already, and she just blew out off and took the new customers order and just walked in the back....only to come back because i was not happy. Now that she was completely aware of my disgust, she just asked what i wanted her to do...she then came up the brilliant idea to ask puff she should refund my whole order and i take the food...I replied that was an excellent start. On a side note, the drive thru was dead and they filed 6 orders that just pulled up after i had ordered my food...the dining room had 6 guests total and it was 118pm...Long after the lunch rush.

So if you want to wait forever and be ignored and treated like garbage, this is definitely worth the visit because it touts atrocious customer service no matter what...

When I got to the counter a customer was waiting but no cashier. A couple of minutes go by and cashier appear holding a tray of cinnamon twirls. Customer asked for fresh ones and cashier was obliging. Great no problem. My turn. Cashier takes my order...crunch wrap, taco, 2 apple empinadas, one drink. Fun banter between cashier and another crew member goes on while I get my drink. A few minutes later a bag with my order gets dropped on the counter, my name is called. Crew members says 'have a good one' over her shoulder. I get to the door and they call me back. Cashier and crew member agrue over who got the last empinada. Apparently my order is short and empinada. Cashier says it'll be 5 minutes, ''But hey at least it will be fresh." I've been on the road most of the day. Five minutes isn't great but okay. I've already waited 5 minutes plus, 5 more go by. Buzzer goes off. 5 more minutes go off. Cashier and crew member are still arguing over who got the last one...still no freaking empinada. Fine keep it. I get down the road and calm down enough to eat. Crunch wrap has almost no ingredients, the taco meat is nasty. Waste of 20...
