Knead Bread Bakery was a delightful little spot. There was all kinds of delicious looking pizzas on the counter that smelled fantastic. We decided to have the grill cheese with ham on a ciabatta roll, Turkey & pesto on ciabatta roll, and chicken salad on toast. The sandwiches were big enough for us all to go home with leftovers. The food we had was so delicious that we had to go back for fresh baked pastries before we left! We took 1 of each scone and hand pie, cinnamon rolls, and a chocolate muffin. For the 8 large pastries it came to $45. We walked out with 2 boxes of tasty pastries. This is a great little stop if you are in the area. We stopped before heading to the Children’s Museum. This is a family run establishment and the have pictures hanging on wall showing their history. The staff was all very friendly. There was several tables and chairs spaced out for a nice seating arrangement. Great food, great atmosphere, and great location definitely recommend! When visiting the area, we will be back! Thank you for a delicious meal and...

This is the second time I got the scones. Both times they have been very doughy in the middle and dense/heavy. The texture is much more like an underdone biscuit than a scone. I am by far not a professional baker, but I know this usually happens when the dough is overworked, causing gluten to form. And probably also underbaked. The flavor did not come through either. We had almond, cranberry orange and blueberry and they all tasted the same. The sourdough was also just ok. Previously, I got a danish and it was similarly the wrong texture...not flaky with that crinkly, classic danish crust. The breakfast sandwich I got was tasty but as other reviewers mentioned, it was very greasy and sloppy. I paid what I felt was a premium price, but it would be a fair price IF more attention was paid to the quality of the baking to get the items looking and tasting how...

I stumbled upon this place with my boys a few weeks ago and we enjoyed a delicious pizza on sourdough. I came back to try their breakfast sandwiches. Not knowing what to get I asked someone there what they would recommend and went with their suggestion of a breakfast BLT on brioche. It was delicious! And a generous size! I brought my whole family back this morning to try out their sandwiches and we all had a great time. The customer service is excellent! The owners and workers are genuine, kind, and patient. They really go out of their way to make their customers feel welcomed and answer any questions you might have. Steve, the owner, came up to my family and I right before we left today to give us some cookies for our kids! What a blessing! It is a new favorite spot of ours, thank you Knead Bread family!

Excellent and affordabley priced products baked with a passion. This bakery has a wide variety of breads and pastries always baked fresh from high quality ingredients. I ate my cinnamon bun faster than I've ever eaten a cinnamon bun in my life. Black Dog coffee is served here. Daily specials during the week, check out the white board. Make sure you get here early to get your favorites! Street parking is free on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Otherwise the parking is metered. Vincenzo, his family and staff run an amazing business here and I'd suggest anyone coming close by stop in and try some samples.
