Christian Caine Design is absolutely the best of the best! The moment you enter the showroom you are surrounded by so much beauty and elegance, all while experiencing a feeling of enchantment as you walk around and view the beautiful jewelry in their design cases. Every piece of jewelry has a story to tell and are truly pieces of art designed by Christopher and his fabulous team. My husband and I had the opportunity to sit with Christopher and his wife Dusky to talk about a custom re-design wedding ring for me that we have always wanted, but just couldn't seem to figure out how to piece it all together in just one ring. As my husband and I sat with Christopher and Dusky we shared some of our favorite memories and experiences throughout our lives together as they listened and took detailed notes. Christopher then told us he would have some ideas for us in a few days. A few days later we were back in the showroom and Christopher shared a few different sketches of the ring that we never could have dreamt of, but he magically brought it all to life. It was awesome to find out that both Kim and Dusky incorporated some of their creative design ideas as well. We knew at that moment we wanted to make his sketches become a reality. (It is important to note here that there was never a moment that we felt uncomfortable or pushed into this decision. Christopher and Dusky were so very kind and gave us time to discuss it before making a final decision.) At that second meeting my husband ended up sharing a few ideas of a ring he had always wanted and Christopher drew out a few sketches while they talked. I knew at that moment I was going to ask Christopher to make the ring as a birthday surprise gift for my husband. Throughout the process I was sent videos of his ring being designed, and I was kept up to date on each moment of the process through texts. When his ring was ready I was able to surprise him at the jewelry studio in Shepherdstown. There was a beautiful and elaborate display showcasing his ring with a bottle of champagne, chocolates and even a gorgeous portfolio with the photo of his ring signed by Christopher. Everyone in the studio was so happy for him. He had no idea I had asked them to go ahead and make it for him, so the smile on his face was priceless. Recently, I ordered the White Gold Celtic Cross, and even though I don't reside in Virginia and wasn't able to visit your store in person, you made sure that my experience was nothing short of amazing.

Marianne, in particular, went above and beyond by sending me videos via text of Christopher working on the cross. This personalized touch provided me with a unique and special connection to the craftsmanship behind my chosen piece.

When the FedEx package arrived, I was delighted to find not only the beautifully crafted cross but also a handwritten thank-you note. The extra touch which included special gifts inside from my sweet friend Dusky truly made my day.
