If I could give this place no stars I would!! These fast food places are getting out of hand with getting orders wrong and no one holding them accountable. I've never experienced rude and nasty customer service from a restaurant as I did this evening with Panda Express. I placed on online order this evening 5/5/22 and sent my husband to pick it up because I'm working. He came home and I realized items were missing so I called the store and a female answered. I advised her my order was missing items and asked if they could refund me for those items because I wasn't running the whole way back up there, I'm working and we have a baby to tend to. She stated they can't refund online orders, I explained I'm not wanting the whole ordered refunded, just the items missing, it wasn't that much but money outta anyone's pocket is money gone. She said they can only fix orders not refund, I explained again I'm working and cannot run the whole way back up there. She the says "well your husband should of checked the receipt" ummm excuse me, yall should of checked the order/receipt to make sure you're providing everything customers are paying for but ok anyways. I just said "well since you work there you know yall tie the receipt between the bag to where u really can't see it until u get home and untie the bag or cut it" apparently that's not her problem. I said " So you can't credit my panda express account, write my name down so if I come in I can get a free drink (one of the items missing) next time" Nope. I asked for her supervisor and she said "I'm the one in charge tonight" I said "Ok well explain to me how it's ok for you to steal from me because I don't have my items and you're not willing to fix it unless it's an inconvenience to me to drive back up there" nothing....silence. So I asked her for her name and she said "I'm not giving you that information" I said "excuse me? Are u refusing to provide your name" she said "I'm not giving you that information" I asked "how am I suppose to k ow who to ask for if I have to drive back up there" nothing silence......she basically told me to have a nice night and hung up. I've already contacted Corp, these employees need a nice long training in customer service!! But after this I'll be avoiding...
Read moreI went to this location the first day they opened and had problems. It being opening day I overlooked it, however weeks later my daughter has been twice and they said they were out of the two entrees that she ask for. It was two hours before closing so there should be no excuses. I myself have had two more problems here, they gave me the wrong entree I ask for, I tried to call them, but no answer and since I live on the other side of Winder I didn't want to drive back. Next was just two days ago, I went through the drive thru and ordered 28.00 worth and when my daughter and I got home the portions were very small, far from what you should get. Again I tried to call with no one answering, so today at 10:50 a.m. I drove down and went in to speak with the manager hoping he would make it right since I've had several issues. I was going to get lunch for myself anyway. I spoke to the manager by the name Michael, I tried to explain all the problems that I've had and told him I called back but no answer. He told me that their phone is working and that he can't see the food I ordered and I explained that I live on the other side of Winder and my daughter was needing to go on to work so I didn't have time to go back, however I did call as soon as we got home and saw the portions were so small. He didn't seem to believe me and just insulted me by suggesting that since he couldn't see the food he didn't know if the portions were small or not. I was upset and just said, wow, what kind of manager does that. I guess I am stupid because I went ahead and got a to go plate because I was in a hurry and didn't have time to go anywhere else. When the girl rang my food up the manager was standing by her and never once offered to make the problems I had right. I will never go there again and I will post on every social media sites of how bad my experience was. Being insulted was worse that the...
Read moreI typically frequent the Panda Express restaurant in Loganville, Georgia, located at 205 Athens Hwy, Loganville, GA 30052, as I spend a significant portion of my week in that vicinity. The food there consistently tastes fresh, meets my expectations, and is reasonably priced. However, since I reside in Bethlehem, my family and I were craving Panda Express. Consequently, we opted to visit this particular establishment due to its proximity and the fact that it was already 6:00 p.m., which is relatively late. I am uncertain whether our experience was negatively impacted by our arrival near the end of the restaurant’s service hour, since we usually have Panda for lunch. It was evident that the establishment was quite busy, and I cannot rule out the possibility that the servers were experiencing burnout due to the rush. Nevertheless, once we received our order, the chicken teriyaki we ordered, we noticed it felt hard and chewy when we bit into it. Consequently, we brought it to the attention of an employee, who informed us that they would provide us with the most recent chicken that had been prepared. As I turned away from the recent conversation and looked back, I noticed that the employee had mentioned our request to whom I presume was the cook that prepared the chicken. His body and facial response appeared dismissive and seemed to shrug off the comment. I perceived that they believed our intentions were to obtain free food or something similar, which I have never felt compelled to resort to such measures, as I have always been able to afford my food. Anyways, Upon trying the “newest” chicken provided, we discovered that it tasted indistinguishable, almost as if they gave us the same chicken just reheated. Considering the price we paid, we were not satisfied with the quality of the food and experience. Wouldn’t...
