I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through to pickup. My order was given to me in a carrier which was nice since I didn't ask for it but as I drove off I realized the smoothie was not what I asked for. I had to get back in the drive through with no response from the intercom then neither at the window. When the male employee finally came over to the window rudely and I explained that I thought the smoothie was given to me by mistake he tried to say it was my fault and that I should order clearer flavors next time to not get the vegan version. I quickly explained that my order was a mobile order therefore I made no mistake it should have been green not white! Then he asked for the smoothie back which no restaurant ever should as it was there mistake but in his case it was because I was sick and wearing a mask. I explained he didn't want me to give him the smoothie but he insisted he was just going to throw it away. As I gave it to him I tried to explain that I had COVID and he would want to wash his hands but he completely ignored me and proceeded to make more orders without washing his hands or using gloves reaching into get ice and fresh fruit. The other male employees also weren't wearing gloves which isn't surprising why there score was below 85. They need to do better and listen to their customers before they respond.    Read moreOrdered a smoothie bowl as I do almost every other day. The level of service I received today was terrible. As we know things are expensive and you expect to get what you paid for. For $14 when adding in extras you don’t expect a half full bowl. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted which is fine I asked for my order she just sat it over the counter and turned her back. The store wasn’t busy I was the only one in there. I asked for a bag and noticed how empty my bowl was and she turned her back.    Read moreI would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. Like a previous review stated, the staff need to be trained on how to appropriately make the smoothies. They use water because some of the smoothies are "so thick", but I don't want my smoothie watery. It may be faster and more convenient for you as the employee to pour but I'm tired of having it remade just to be disappointed still. I have given all the chances I can give. It is apparent that it just won't be done right at the Exchange Blvd. location.
