If you don't know about this little slice of heaven in Winder GA, you are missing out! Before I mention how delicious everything is I want to mention something that I noticed about this establishment that I hold in highest regard when it comes to eating "other people's food", it is clear cleanliness is a priority. I noticed how everyone in the back is wearing hairnets, aprons, gloves. They run a clean kitchen and it shows. Next, the staff is so friendly and are genuinely happy that you are back to spend your hard earned money at their place of business. No bad attitudes here. Ever. Just really nice ladies that know how to bake. And boy do they know how to bake! Just WOW. Every single slice I have tried has taken me back to times at my Mother's,Aunt's and Grandmas tables. If you want a REAL homemade cake with quality ingredients, made by loving and clean hands, then this is the place for you. They make whole cakes, sell by the slice and have the best cakes in the South!

This place is amazing!! The peanut butter cake is absolutely incredible. The cake itself is incredibly moist and chewy (in a good way!!) and the icing is thick and delicious. The hummingbird cake was also incredibly moist. The red velvet and strawberry cake truffles were sooo good I loved the strawberry. I didn’t love the coconut cake truffle since it tasted just a tiny bit too artificial imo but it was still good. The vanilla cake with chocolate icing was a little dry and crumbly but the icing was super good. The gooey butter cake is really good (as expected). The peanut butter bar is also incredibly especially if you don’t want something overly sweet. It’s almost like an oat cookie with a thin icing that is mostly peanut butter. Overall everything was SO good and I would highly recommend. You have to try the PB cake if you love peanut butter.

Ms. Gwen welcomed me with a smile on my first visit to this bakery. She suggested many items that all sounded delicious, but I ended up going with the peanut butter cake, coconut delights, a chocolate covered red velvet truffle, and a massive cookie brownie - I spent less than $15! It's hard to pick a favorite because they were ALL amazing. I cannot wait to go back and get another slice of the peanut butter cake because holy moly, that's the best dang peanut butter cake I've ever had, not too sweet, not too heavy, JUST PERFECT!!!
