At first I was truly excited about doing business with RAC. The lady Veronica I talked to, helped me in every way possible. Thought everything was going great. Gave her all the information that she said I needed. She even found the TV I wanted, set up a delivery for Monday between 1-3 pm, took my down payment, and then told me she had everything she needed and even did my closing agreement contract with my payments every month and told me that I was good to go. Monday came and no RAC. I called they said something about they didn't have enough delivery drivers. That they had me rescheduled for the next day between 1-5 pm. So that morning I call to make sure everything is on track to be delivered. I ask to speak to Veronica. They transferred me to her. She remembered me as I told her my name. Then told me to hold on for one minute. Then all the sudden Im transferred to this new guy. And I say new guy cause he told me it was his second day. Which he knew nothing about the account I just opened. But told me that Veronica told him to talk to me for some reason. He kept saying that I still needed proof of paycheck stubs etc. But I had already sent that to Veronica. So I'm not happy that I'm still not getting the products I ordered and paid a down payment on. If this is the kind of customer service that RAC offers. Then the company should think about making the employees understand that making a customer happy is the most important thing. They are wonderful clean friendly and actually CARE about their customers. Pam is amazing and will go out of her way to accommodate the customers needs no matter how challenging their circumstances might be. And MRS Nicole will make a way out of no way and is such a good hearted person who is such a blessing. I hope she knows what a blessing she is to me and my 7 year old daughter.
