My son just had his senior pictures done here September 18th. This was after 3 different times trying to get the apt. First we emailed and asked to be contacted for an apt and for a pricing list. Never heard a word after a week we finally called. We was scheduled and told we'd get a detailed email with the pricing plans. We waited NEVER got any email about the pricing or ANY email period for that matter! So finally we have a scheduled appointment. We were aware there was a minimum setting fee. At the very least for the year book photo. $35. Since we never got any confirmation of the apt & was running a few mins behind we made sure to call them. They said it was okay. And that yes we did indeed have an apt. We get there at 5 mins past our so called apt and the door is shut and locked! Even though there was movement & we had just called 10 mins prior. As we only live in Auburn. LOL SMH This would be comical if the pricing and the photographer(And I'm assuming it was him based on the voice ) wasn't such a rude azzhole today! First off you don't tell a customer last week that their photos would be in and we'd get a call. Never heard a word. Here it is week 6, and had to call again because we still haven't gotten then back YET! Also I have to agree with the being put on the spot & feeling pressured and rushed to choose with very basic back grounds/ drops. I've seen better quality for this pricing. I spent well over $200. And yet when I questioned why I was being charged $75 for the setting fee I was told because my son changed outfits twice. I said the tux would have been one sure. I said but street clothes he only had one set. So needless to say I am NOT happy! I've had and seen better work! Today though I have NEVER heard anyone tell a customer after already getting the run around, that what did we want him to do jump through hoops? Umm NO! But I don't expect to be lied to repeated on WHY the portraits aren't back YET! When you didn't mind swiping my credit card for that $200+ charge. And told us that day 2-3 weeks. We called on the 3rd week they said they'd be in that Wed. & they'd call us. Never called. Another 2 weeks goes by and here it is now 6 weeks and the lady that we spoke to today tells my husband they'll be in tomorrow. After he hung up, I had enough of the run around. So I called back to find out what the real deal was! After about 5 min she put the "man" on the phone! He was so "rude & just straight up nasty! What do you want me to do about it? Jump through hoops? They'll be in Monday! Again another different story! Besides the fact he tells me that he can't understand a word that I'm saying.(I'm a surviving thyroid cancer patient who has a paralyzed vocal cord) I also asked about the the discount I saw on the school website about the seniors picture outside. And was we told what discount? I will NEVER use this place again! FIRST & WORST experience ever!!! To be honest Life Touch could have easily did the same job! We had my son’s Senior pics done today with Nelson and we had the best time! Nelson is so friendly and welcoming and he really took his time with Denver and he did not just rush us through his session. He took the time to be personal with Denver and have that one on one experience with him and our whole family that was there. He really truly captured some beautiful photos of Denver because of his ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease. Nelson also was very professional and explained all of his packages and prices, but most of all he did not pressure us into anything, he just laid out our options for us and his prices were very reasonable. We had our senior photo session today with Nelson Sanders. Our morning started off hectic, but as soon as we entered the studio of Nelson Sanders it was all wonderful. Let me first compliment his secretary Kate. I feel like I have texted her like 100 times in between the scheduling and now and she had answered me at every time of the day I texted and no matter what day. Kate is amazing. Nelson sanders was a amazing photographer!! His assistant was awesome help! She was very prompt and helpful. Nelson Sanders was energetic, patient and I really loved his energy.
