I would like you start off by saying the 1st time I met Erica She was very helpful and one of the best sales associates that I have ever encountered. I myself worked in sales fof numerous years. Throughout the whole experience she Made it comfortable and entertaining also taking interest into my personal life and expressing some of her personal life situations as I did. With all Of her Wonderful assistance in timely manner Has definitely made me is strong and confident customer in Verizon wireless itself I hope that you have many more associate as well trained and personable as this young lady I live 70 miles away from this location and I called your customer service line just to find out when she would be working and came up on that date Just to make sure that I would be able to work with her again and that I did and without any regret she made my experience even better than the 1st due to the fact thread have a I'm present situation with the original device I purchased and may I add that she had no hand in the choice of the original device and had listened to her I would not have had to come back for a second time. I would just like to give any and all possible high praises for this associate Erica I feel is that we are friends outside of Verizon just because of how devoted and hardworking she has been to meet all my wishes and complete my service to where I want it to be in I do not think it could have been done without her.

   Read moreMy wife and I relocated to Georgia from Virginia and have been Verizon customers for 17 plus years. We made the mistake of purchasing a phone and a couple of Iwatches from Best Buy in Virginia. I won’t go into detail but the short of it was we were being charged for a 15 pro max phone that we didn’t own for 13 months and the bill was confusing. We went round and round with Best Buy and Verizon was involved as well. I had set our account up for auto pay and never really looked at the bill, I just knew it was $366 a month. We were looking at our finances yesterday and dove into the Verizon bill only to realize we were still being charged for the ghost phone and needed to make some changes to lower the monthly bill. I made an appointment for 11AM today, Friday and was hoping to get someone that was experienced and patient. We arrived at 10:58 walked in and was immediately greeted by a young gentleman named Keith. He had sit down and we brought him up to speed on what we were trying to accomplish. After 2 1/2 hours of a deep dive into my Verizon history and phone calls to Verizon main office Keith had lowered our bill by about $100! In addition he accomplished removing the ghost phone completely from our bill and is having the 13 months of charges refunded back to us!!! On leaving I shook his had and told him he was our Verizon man from now on! What an outstanding employee! Verizon if extremely fortunate to a young man of Keith’s caliber in their employ!!! Unfortunately, via his boss I found that this Watch only works with blue tooth technology. In any event I appreciate Otis finding out the truth about this Watch of which I paid $100 more so that I could help track and monitor my wife’s condition. This Watch at least helps her monitor her health, even though we were promised a monitor from NGMC which never arrived, and when we inquired about this monitor they said it would not be shipped to us because it only can come from a cardiologist.
