Great experience here,I've been here a few times already,not really big on leaving reviews but,Jessica really stood out and made the difference,I walked she immediately asked if she could help me and I told her I was there to sell some tools that were doubles(I had just left the pawn shop behind the Jameson Inn where they had offered me a solid $50)and she asked me how much I was looking to get,and I really wasn't all there at that moment I was having a rough day,well anyways I didnt bother her with my dad stories so I just said whatever is fair,well after standing there for maybe 4 minutes or so she looks at me and says that she would like to offer me 75,ive not been keeping up with the value of the tools I really thought it would be going for a little more so I politely asked is that really all she was willing to offer but I also made sure I let her know that I understood that this a business and I understand there has to have some margin of profit for it to be worth the shop's time.she asked once again what I had in mind to be receiving and it was in the most legit sincere none judgemently tone of voice as well,at that point I didn't really want to say anything but I said I was really thinking it would be around the 100 dollar amount,before I had it all the way out of my mouth she promptly said how about if I meet you in the middle at 90,and I quickly asked her where to sign.it was a really relaxed business deal,it didn't feel tense at all,I honestly didnt expect her to say that or make is sound so enthusiastic either.I would've have had any ill will had she not offered either i was really saying that kind of rhetorically,but she went the extra mile,that right there solidified my business there from now on just because I feel like the people there aren't just trying to con you out of your stuff for as cheapnas possible.the place is easy going and a very...

Man the folks at smart pawn have been the best Pawn brokers ive ever encountered there willing to help u in anyway they can ,they go the extra mile to see you get the help u need ,the right item yourlooking for ,or the closest to the money your needing even sometimes ifthey know there gonna get stuck with that piece of junk of a chainsaw u got there gonna have your back ,so Im loyal to folks like that, whatever you need 98.99% of the time they got it and 99.99% gonns take it!!! I dont have to worry about out making sure that my favorite person is working cause there all my favorites Dylan for example has always made me feel like im important he seems to make sure i get what i need or if he cant he gets me right at it ! There's no other words to express for this local business than phenomenal. These people truly care about your belongings and truly take your personal problems into consideration. My husband and I ran into hard times when my dad passed and I had no choice but to Pawn my laptop that had some very sentimental pics of my dad including a video of his last Christmas. I didn't have the money to pay on my laptop for several months but I had kept in touch with Dawn to tell her what was going on. By the grace of God, there are still good people out there such as Dawn. She has bent over backwards to save my laptop. I will never be able to show her my appreciation.
