I am so disappointed with this Wendys I want here for lunch at 12:30 I went there because I had a great experience. The first few times I went through the drive-through. Unfortunately I went in this time I ordered a asiago chicken sandwich and asked them can I have it right out the grease meaning fresh When I receive the sandwich before I left, I opened it it was the most soggy is sloppy as sandwich that I’ve seen in a very long time I went back to the cashier I asked her showing her the sandwich the person that was standing next to me. It was truly disappointing as well he was like wow That’s fresh?? The cashier was the older lady she was really nice. She took the sandwich walked over to where this order guy was cooking and he was so rude and so nasty. It was so disappointing. He talk very rude. He was mad because he didn’t want to make a fresh chicken sandwich , can you believe somebody will be so rude and cooking food that you have to eat as my fault that I took the sandwich back, but not knowing that he really cooked the same sandwich and gave it to me when I got back to work I opened it. This Wendy’s used to be fine until I went back in March of this year to order a Caesar Salad. They ended up putting Pecans in my salad and I have a NUT ALLERGY so I went inside and asked them to remake it. The hispanic lady said they couldn’t remake it because they were behind on DoorDash orders and the African lady said they didn’t offer refunds. So I never got my money back or my salad remade.
Despite all of this I gave them another chance a couple of weeks ago (6/22) only out of convenience because it’s a healthier option right down the street from my job. I went inside to order so I could avoid the same issue I had the last time and the guy inside locked the door and said “Drive Thru Only.” I don’t know if it’s because they’re short staffed but I reluctantly got in the Drive Thru. I sat in the Drive Thru for 20 Minutes and not once did the line move! I wasted my whole break sitting in the Drive Thru and left with nothing because I had to get back to work.

They can’t seem to get a manager that can manage his crew to provide a basic service in a timely fashion. It’s like the customers don’t matter there, they move like snails. The drive-through gets backed up because they keep a car at the window until their order is complete, even if it means holding up the line for people behind maybe or only ordering a simple item like a frosty.
I waited from the time I tried to place my order till I finally just got out of line and left after10 minutes. The same car was still sitting at the window. This was not durning high volume time either. This is totally unprofessional, and Wendy’s should seriously look into this location’s management.
This is not a one time or one of, every time I’ve tried to purchase something at this location it’s always resulted in me, leaving without getting my food.
They also serve subpar food that shouldn’t be served to customers cold fries or sloppy cold sandwiches. Considering how everywhere has raise prices and continues to raise prices, this is not an acceptable practice, and we shouldn’t except this type of service.
