Subway — Restaurant in Winnemucca

I entered the store and the woman at the counter asked what I wanted as she was already making other sandwiches. I didn't receive a greeting and hardly got any eye contact. I asked if I could get the BMT with pepperoni instead of salami. She huffed and said "I guess". If she couldn't do it, she should just say so instead of getting upset at me for asking. She put the meat on the sandwich and passed it on to the next girl but didn't indicate that she was done talking to me. No eye contact, anything. She just went back to making the other sandwiches. I caught on and walked to the girl who was putting the vegetables on. She was sweet and greeted me with a smile. A total difference from the first lady. I then hear the lady complaining about doing a catering order to another employee. If she hates her job so much, she shouldn't be there.

I had asked for a little more olives than what the younger lady was putting on and the older women leans over to her and through clenched teeth says, "charge extra". I've never been charged extra for 5 more slices of olives. My sandwich is then handed off to another young woman, and I received a smile and greeting from her as well. So the only person unhappy to be there is the older woman who started my order. They ignored her demand to charge me extra for the olives. I paid and left. Upon eating my sandwich, I realized she completely left out all of the turkey that is supposed to come on the sandwich! So out of spite for me asking to sub pepperoni for salami, she left out a whole other meat.

The service i received from the two younger women was excellent. But the older woman made me feel like I should have never walked...

I made a very easy online order, or two footlongs and one six inch. One of the footlongs was just tuna with salt and pepper, and they forgot the salt and pepper. On the other footlong I ordered green peppers and there were onions on it as well. And the last sandwich, the six inch I asked for extra tomatoes and cucumbers and was actually given less than normal. The girl was really slow, and when I got there to pick it up she was still making them. (No problem, I wasn’t in a hurry) I asked for the extra tomatoes 3 times and never got them. The vegetables in the bins were all mixed together which explains why the sandwich with peppers also had onions. The girl was rude and acted high, talking really slow, barely moving, laughing at nothing with her co workers. I will never go back. She had the order written down right in front of her and I tried correcting her, and she still managed to get three simple sandwiches wrong and treat her customer like an inconvenience. I’ve been to this location three times since moving here, and each time the employees were rude and the veges were all over and disgusting. I’ve worked at a subway and the boss would fire me if my workstation looked like that, Even on a busy day. The part that got me the most was that I had payed in app and added a tip to my total. She new she was getting a 20% tip for doing the job she’s paid to do, and she still couldn’t be bothered to...

Got to this Subway during the lunch rush and ordered a 6 inch meal with rotisserie chicken and a foot long rotisserie chicken. There was a big line and the manager in the back was too busy on her clipboard to come out and help the girls on the line. Once we made it to the front of the line, we had a coupon for a foot long for $5.99 and one for a 6-inch meal for the same price. We were then told we could not use the coupon with the rotisserie chicken on the foot long, even though they accepted it for the 6-inch and it says this nowhere on the coupon. The manager paused her important clipboard work to come out and confirm this was in fact the case. We have never had this issue at any other Subway in 3 states. She told us that we could take it to the Subway down the street at the Pilot and they would in fact take our coupon (that this is the way this manager chooses to participate), or they could remake the sandwich. We opted for the latter since one sandwich was already done. My husband got back in line and had them remake the same exact sandwich with grilled chicken instead of rotisserie, and that was just fine! They’d rather waste a whole, large sandwich and our time than abide by the exclusions that are actually printed on the coupon and make up...
