If we could leave less than one star, we would. We sat ourselves and ordered food and drinks right away. There happened to be a table that had just finished dining when we sat down. Their half-eaten plates sat on their table with flies swarming them for the entirety of our experience at the boathouse (roughly an hour and a half). Our coffees took over a half an hour to arrive. In the meantime, we all finished our waters and never saw our waitress once, so our waters sat there empty. I should also mention that we were one of only three tables. I ordered a shake, which our waitress completely forget about. Upon reminding our waitress that I had ordered a shake an hour ago, she brought it out with no apology and still put it on the bill. Fast forward to our food actually coming out, we were excited to eat as we had been waiting for nearly an hour. Two of our four plates had hair in the food, which was the last straw for us. Putting the hair aside, the food itself wasn't even good. Our waitress took both of the plates that had hair on them and took them off our bill and did not bring out any food as an apology or at least a replacement. The manager came out and did not offer a solution to our terrible dining experience. Not only was this the worst dining experience we had ever had, the response from management was terrible. Restaurant looks nice and new but look closely; there are so many cobwebs on the windows and light fixtures. This is not just for the restaurant, throughout the hotel too. Look in the lobby above the elevator door area. Flies were also an annoyance during both breakfast and dinner. ⭐️⭐️ (2/5)
We had both breakfast and dinner here today. Breakfast was ok - it was breakfast. Dinner price point is too high for the quality of food and service you get - same level of service at dinner that we received at breakfast. Very long periods of not being at table and check back - we were almost done with dinner before being asked if everything was ok. ⭐️⭐️⭐️(3/5)

8oz Sirlion We both got the same entree. Both Sirloins were over cooked. We ordered Med Rare. Middle was maybe Medium, outward became Med Well. Both steak were still surprisingly soft and not over seasoned. Green beans tasted like French fries. It’s was weird. Mashed potatoes were mashed potatoes. We should have seen the signs: Took 40 min to get something served and that's before we asked if even a soup is coming or salad. Not many people were there on lunch hour on a weekend. There were two ladies who looked upset and we heard them complaining about service. Several tables had lots of leftover food on the table,but we stayed because we already ordered.
I dont know who is giving them 4/5 stars. Those who havent eaten? Great food WHAT? The food is bad some terrible! We had chicken wings and it was super salty. No ranch could help that. The chicken wrap was sour. It was spoiled. So sour, I spit it out quickly and don't even get me started on the onion soup, wow, the worst I've ever had. The chef must have poured 2 tbsp of salt on that bowl. The grilled cheese was 2 slices with kraft microwave. It wasn't even grilled, cheese wasn't even melted. HORRIBLE! Save your money and go someplace else.
