Worst customer service experience. Since the minute you walk in no greeting, once you approach to the counter to order, the cashier has horrible attitude and no smile, you ask her in regards to the menu and she would respond with attitude. When we ordered and paid we saw the receipt and noticed a 18% service fee.... whe we approach the cashier to ask why the fee she responded with terrible attitude, it is a "service fee, i have no time to explain, I'm busy" i ask to speak to the manager, and another person with no customer service experience, says that i am wrong and she is right. No apology no different explanation he just wanted to get hoing and dint want to take the time to seee the issue. I work in the industry i know the toughness it is to deal with customers but the place has no customers we we the 2 group of 7 to walk in ... you are a cashier you are not dealing with alot ... i feel bad for the cookscause i had to cancel everything ... i was not going to stay in a place were they cant even smile or greet you or have a more positive attitude towards the customers that are giving you business, im not getting anything for free im paying for my food and...
Read moreSo we walked into this place and it didn't seem to have a ton of seating, and there were quite a few people waiting at the tables. So then we left and did some more google searching for food...but I kept going back to their pictures, and I was like, I gotta eat these tacos! So we went back. I'm so glad we did. THEY WERE SO GOOD! Actually some of the best tacos I have had. They even got my friend to eat cilantro, they were so delicious. And he never eats cilantro! The sauces they have are simple, unique and add so much extra flavor. We had multiple different tacos and we couldn't stop saying how amazing they were. And fresh homemade guacamole!!! YUUMMM! This will be the only place I stop to eat in the Dells. Reasonable prices, just enough on the menu, but not too too many choices. Really great service: they came out and asked us if our guac was too spicy, and offered to make a new bowl (but we declined because it was perfect.) Honestly, these tacos will satisfy....
Read moreI was extremely surprised with the high reviews of this restaurant. We looked at Google to find a nice Mexican restaurant. This business had high reviews so with little more research we plugged it in Google maps. We arrived and were fairly shocked at the size. It's very small inside. With room for only about 3 tables. They appeared to be renovating. The prices were pretty high. $3.99 for a regular taco. $16.99 for a taco dinner. Those aren't the worst prices BUT dinner did not even include a drink. And the salad that it did include, was nothing more than a handful of plain lettice mixed with onions. We ordered 2 taco dinners. The tacos were good, not great. No complimentary chips or salsa. The rice was good, the beans were avenge. All in all not terrible. Definitely not worth their prices. I will say the staff was very...
