There are tons of servers, but they don't care about customers. Miso soup, it is smell and taste like disinfectant. It contained one very small piece of tofu and nothing else. The spoon was plastic . The rainbow maki, it is 90% avocado and onli a little bit of fish the taste, strange.better than the soup. And now waiting again for 5 sashimi and 5 "nigiri"... and waiting... Finally it arrived. First thing that is decent as taste and presentation. And again waiting... Chicken teriyaki... spiced with strong hot stuff. The teriyaki sauce has a taste of sour (it can be felt faintly under the hot stuff) and no taste of teriyaki. Bannana tempura, adverised one way brought to the table as a strange thing. It is far away from what it should be. If you order more sashimi than the first acceptable (max 10) will be very very small most like 4 to a normal one ratio. Please see the pics And avoid. I know I will.

Amazing Sushi restaurant!! All you can eat fresh sushi including sashimi. The kitchen choices and all sushi are made to order and fresh. The rolls are made perfectly, not too much rice. The sashimi is perfectly sliced, not too thin or too thick. Their cooked rolls taste delicious 😋 especially the spider roll. The staff is always courteous and welcoming. They are always checking on their tables to make sure everything is as you ordered and attentive to the customers 😊. The vibe is always very welcoming and friendly, and they have several seating areas including bar seating. The restaurant is not loud and is very comfortable during the summer and winter seasons perfect temperature. Great choice for a restaurant for special celebrations and any occasions and they accommodate large family groups too. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchair accessibility too.

It was the worst possible service. I went there on 10/10/16 around 12:40pm for lunch. After having a great time with my kids at an indoor playground, I decided to take them there to eat after seeing good reviews about the food and the place in general. From the very beggining our server was hurrying me to order, he had a really bad attitude, he looked upset and keep pushing me to order a lunch buffett that they were serving for 16.99 saying that it was better for me and the kids (cheaper) I told him that my kids do not like to try new things and that they do not eat much. (They are 2.5 yr and 4.5 yr olds) so at the end he convinced me to order the buffett so that I was going to let them eat from my plate if the decided to try something and in addition to that to bring me a nooddle plate for them. I was thinking to pay it. I went to the salad/vegetable table and most of the plates were empty except the honey dew. So my daughter asked me for the last two pieces of oranges left. She wanted more, so ask the server he said they were going to put more. We went 3 times to check if they had put more oranges and they had not. I told the server, this time I was very mad, he brought a plate with few pieces. I was not enjoying my time there, since servers bring you the food even though is "buffett" I was so afraid to keep asking him for something. So I decided to ask for the bill Even though was not worth the price what I had eaten. They charge me 1.5 buffett. What!, I told him my daughter did not eat anything but oranges!(pieces!) he brought I guess the women manager which ruddly he interrupted while she was talking to a customer and in his own language. She came angry now and said my daughter had to pay half price. I told her she just ate few pieces of oranges and that I was not going to pay 8.99 for pieces of oranges! She then charge me 3.00dlls, at this point I did not care, I just wanted to leave. I told the server how rude he was with me, that I regreted to had gone there and that I felt sorry going there. Anyways I tip him more than 20% just to shut his mouth because the point was that I was not cheap, I just think everyone knows how hungry oneselve is and how much our own kids eat and if they had eaten something a little before the restaurant, so there is no need to be sneaky, pushy . I might had asked for 2 or 3 expensier dishes and maybe I bring them more money and tips, but instead he decided for me, made his own conclusions and end up worst. I was thinking to order a few items and bring left overs home abd pay for each thing. As I was leaving he followed me and told me I had change back in my bill... I think he was surprised that after the bad moment I gave him good tips. I just wanted to give him a lesson politely and kindly and to make him feel bad. I think he did. First time there...

Unfortunately I have to leave one star. Even that is a stretch.

We walked in to the restaurant 50 minutes to closing. When asked if that would be a problem the lady at the door assured us that no it was only the kitchen closing so if we ordered quickly we’d be fine.

Hungry and tired at 9:10 on a Sunday night we decided to stay and order our food.

Naturally we were rushed the kitchen was closing soon. So we made one large order for 6 people.

To our surprised the food came in less than 10 minutes which was great! However the quality was not so great.

5 minutes after receiving the food our waiter returned to start clearing dishes from our table. Dishes that were half filled or almost fully filled with food. On two occasions I had to ask him to return the dishes as I was not finished eating.

He not so politely told us that the restaurant was closing and we needed to be out.

Again 5 minutes later he returned to clear more dishes and complained we ordered too much food. We may have had the time to eat it if he wasn’t taking it from us so eagerly.

I felt rushed and our waiter was rude, the food couldn’t even make up for the bad service.

After reading the other reviews it’s no wonder a tip was automatically added to our bill.

To be honest we left feeling like they only agreed to serve us in order to make an extra 200$ at closing and wouldn’t care less if we ate or not.

I literally had to ask him to leave dishes filled with food as he asked kept reminding me they were closing. By 9:45 we were done and out of the restaurant, with a guarantee this would be our first...

We went on a Wednesday evening expecting a relatively less crowded space. But the place was packed, had a 20 min wait, which wasn't too bad. We had a toddler in the party but ended up in a spot which could not have a high chair (don't even know if they had any). Ended up getting booster which was not too great a start. Ordered food and the first set came out relatively quickly, with the Sushi taking longer. The appetizers were good and the Sushi was OK. We liked some more than others and ordered to try some more. 10 minutes pass and nothing happens, after another 5 or so minutes pass and we ask our server, we were told that any Sushi items will take 20 minutes "more", this is after already waiting 15 minutes for it. He told us we could get anything from the kitchen to get faster service. We were already in the restaurant for close to 2 hours (not counting the wait time to be seated). Anyone with a toddler can understand that this is the limits of how much you can make a kid sit around for in a booster/high chair. We had to cut the dinner short and came back home partially hungry. I do not understand why they call it all you can eat if it would take more than 3 hours to finish a meal if someone actually did want to try more than a 2-3 item and it is not cheap either. Overall I think the apps were good (that is why the 2 not 1 star) the Sushi was OK but the service (not the server just the wait time to get food) was pathetic. Given a choice I would never go again, I think there are better options around with...
