Laurel and her team were our catering company for our wedding in August. They were phenomenal. We had a tasting and immediately chose their company. They came and did a site visit to get an idea of the layout. We had approximately 70 guest in a backyard. I had questions about table sizes, spacing and tents they were able to refer other companies and provide their own experience as I was planning the event on my own. From start to finish the day of I had nothing to worry about. Powerhouse worked with my vendors (day of coordinator, DJ, photographer) and everyone followed the timeline of events. Per my request I was provided feedback with sequencing. Everyone was pleased with the food. We kept adding more desserts for the dessert buffet and it was not a problem. Her team got food from the buffet style we chose for my husband and myself so we were able to enjoy the day stress free. I recently attended a function, catered by Powerhouse Catering and Events of Woburn. It was a women’s empowerment and achievement gathering celebrating women entrepreneurs in the greater Boston area. So naturally, they were an appropriate choice to have this woman owned company host the event. The food and presentation was phenomenal! It was a buffet and the food selection, freshness and variety was superb. Everything was clearly labeled with dietary and food allergy information listed details. I have attended several organized luncheons and having that information front and center really made Powerhouse Catering stand out. The waitstaff were always available, diligently filling empty trays and keeping things tidy throughout the event. We once again used Powerhouse Catering and didn't think it was possible to exceed our previous experiences with them but they did! The entire staff is exceptional. From start to finish, the staff helped plan and execute a wonderful graduation party for our daughter. They were able to trouble shoot potential issues that arose with ease and eliminated any stress or anxiety on my part. Most importantly, the food is absolutely delicious. Everyone at our party, came up to us to rave about everything that was served. Powerhouse was able to plan a diverse menu so everyone could find something they loved. The college themed cupcakes and ice cream sundae bar was a the perfect ending to our party. We really could not recommend Powerhouse catering enough. We will certainly be using them again...
