Kaapi and Co. — Restaurant in Woburn

I have never been to an Indian cafe but when i saw they were opening i knew i had to give it a try! First impressions was how clean, organized and beautifully decorated the place was. They have a great variety of foods and drinks with very affordable prices!

My bf and i got a large chia, southern Indian coffee, chicken tikka on a brioche and a potato tiki Breakfast sandwich on a brioche. My chia was delicious! It was sweet (i added sugar) and creamy. My bf loved his coffee. It came in a little glass cup which made it hard to hold cause it was so hot but we didn't mind. It was bold, strong, yet wasn't super acidic. Now the food is what convinced me i have to come back again soon! The chicken tikki breakfast sandwich was so damn good. The sweetness of the brioche complimented the savory flavor of the tikki. The cheese melted beautifully with the egg fried slightly giving the edges a crisp texture. The peppers giving it a burst of freshness. The chicken filling with the tikki sauce was just so flavorful. I will be thinking about that sandwich for a while lol. The potato tikki sandwich was a great vegetarian option with the same great flavor but the texture was crunchier.

Anyways, i highly recommend giving this place a try! Nothing like it in the area! I hope they stick around for...

I’d been waiting for this place to open for weeks and finally got to check it out. I ordered a masala chai and bun maska (both just $5, so pretty reasonable). The chai came in the classic Indian cutting chai glass and was unsweetened, just how I like it. The bun maska was generously spread with butter, exactly the way it should be.

The staff was super sweet, and the menu has a good variety of Indian snack items like Maggi and wraps. There’s also outdoor seating, which made sipping chai even nicer. Definitely planning to come back...

If it was advertised as a cafe/coffee shop, the expectation would be much less. The advertisement boasts about “Indian cafe” with an emphasis on “filter coffee”. Those who have tasted filter coffee once, will forever remember it and this place does not offer anything close to it. Someone in the reviews stated that its not fair to expect a filter coffee of Indian standard and i question that person - why not? If you cant make filter coffee, then dont advertise you sell filter coffee.
