Chef Breanna has truly caught lightning in a bottle with The Heritage in Woodinville. The consistent excellence is what really stands out. Every single thing we ordered immediately became our new favorite thing. Where do I even begin? The Dungeness crab hush puppies are to die for. These are the best hush puppies I’ve had outside of the South…and not to get too heretical, but I think they could easily stand their ground against the best the South has to offer. But I’ll leave that debate to the professionals. Don’t pass on the charcuterie board, you will thank me. The crostini sesame bread with the white bean hummus is amazing. And all those homemade pickled veggies…yum! There’s a reason The Heritage is famous for their Manila clams - because they are awesome. We could have stopped there and been so happy, but then we saw the dessert menu!!! We had a flight of sorbets, and each one popped in its own way. The coconut sorbet was phenomenal (we stole some of the brownie from the sundae we ordered to pair with the coconut sorbet and were so glad we did!). The lemon sorbet was something and creamy, and goes so well with the tart sweetness of the raspberry sorbet. I can’t say enough about the raspberry sorbet. It’s like eating a spoonful of sweet summer freezer jam. And then there’s the piping hot brownie that is fudgy and decadently chocolatey, topped with salted caramel ice cream. Sweet and savory…. Sign me up! Never one to give up, we also went for the key lime pie that was served in the cutest mason jar! I feel like all pies need to be served in jars from now on! 🤣 After having eaten there, we’ve decided to come back until we’ve tried everything on the menu at least once (and the desserts will definitely get some welcome repeat performances). Oh, and did I mention they are opening a bake shop where you can pick up sweet treats to go, plus some fresh baked bread!?! I can’t wait!!! My only regret is that I didn’t have more room in my stomach to order more food. I can’t wait to come back!
Update 11/3/22 - came back to Heritage for dinner and it was as amazing as I remembered. Started dinner with my favorite app, the Dungeness crab hush puppies. They were so tasty, and my only regret was that I only ordered one batch! Had the house made egg noodle pasta with the most flavorful Italian sausage I’ve ever had the privilege of tasting. Everyone else at the table was raving about the braised pork shank, which I was lucky enough to snag a taste of, and that too was delicious. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our waiter’s description of some of the other dishes had us absolutely drooling. I can’t wait to go back (again and...

Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, the ambiance is excellent for either a date night or a family dinner. I loved the upscale, modern rustic and open airy feel. The real flowers on the table were a wonderful touch and shows how much the owner cares about the customer experience.
Visited here with my entire family, who don't normally care to eat out, but I love trying new places and I was visiting home so they all decided to come along. I found this place on, where else but here?! :P Went to the website for the menu and the pictures really hit that nail into the coffin for my mom to say ooohhhhh yes let's go here! Beautiful and upscale pictures of the food on the website, which really gave us a visual of what to expect!
We drove out from Bellevue on a Saturday to get seated right when they opened at 4:30pm. Perfect timing because people quickly trickled in. We were there for about an hour and a half so got to beat traffic there and back!
We started with the crab hush puppies, DELISH! Nice and fluffy! We also started with the wild prawns, super fresh!!!
I had the sea scallops, grandma had the bacon & gouda mac n' cheese, dad has the burger, brother had the prawn gnocchi, mom had a pasta... I can't remember what she got and I don't see it on the online menu but I know she got a pasta.
Every single one of us loved our meals. Dad is the pickiest and usually finds something he doesn't love about his meals when we go out but ... NOT THIS TIME!!! He actually said that was the best burger he has had in a longgggggg time! I really love that the presentation of the food was just as beautiful as the online pictures. I meant to a T! Gorgeous and very appealing!
We finished by sharing the home made chocolate ice cream, the tiramisu and the key lime pie in a jar. Ohhhh myyy gawwwwwwwwsh! SO glad we did! The key lime pie actually had fluffy and creamy singed merengue on top, not whip cream like some places try to get away with.
I was also very pleased with the generous portion sizes. That being said, for the quality and portion sizes the prices are fair!!! Spend a good couple hundred bucks here and very glad to do so and will be back!!!

Read moreOct 8th, 2021 -The hostess was extremely rude. We arrived about twenty minutes early for our “indoor reservation” , only to see several couples arrive after that who were seated right away. We overheard one couple walking toward the entrance suggesting they had an outdoor reservation but were going to look and see if they could move it inside. This couple had an outdoor reservation and they arrived 25 minutes late and were given the last remaining indoor table that we reserved and were waiting for for over 20 minutes. The hostess made sure to tell us that “just as a reminder your reservation was 730” and the other parties was at 7 . They prioritize late arrivals over people on time for their reservations apparently ? Bottom line is there was an open table , we were checked in and waiting , and then a party arriving later then their reservation time and also after we had arrived were immediately given this table. Are we supposed to believe this table was held for over 20 minutes late just to see if this couple would arrive? That’s how the hostess made us feel, as she became snappy and rude when we told her what happened. If you are not eligible to be seated until the exact time of your reservation then make this known. This was probably an honest mistake , but 0 accountability was taken and it was flipped back onto us as if we did something wrong. Do not bother clarifying if you want to reserve a table inside or out , because it simply won’t matter. Especially to this pompous hostess. The hostess was incredibly rude when we asked about the situation and showed a complete lack of empathy or ounce of customer service skills when we were simply seeking clarification and stating our concerns. She could not have cared less if we left , which we did. I understand things happen but the attitude of this employee and the way she treated us is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. You are not in a customer service role to challenge your customers. Extremely disappointing and will...
