Absolute horrible experience. Been to most wineries in the area with excellent experiences and this one refused to serve us. My group had one tasting prior, and displayed no major signs of intoxication. My opinion is if you, as a server, think we shouldn't drink, then don't sit us down and let us believe we will be able to order. Server then proceeded to call us "abusive" when we were only upset by the fact we were refused service with no reason. We only asked for a manager or someone else to speak with and a reason for the no service, nothing more. As someone who has personally experienced real abusive behavior in the past, this was extremely offensive and by no means acceptable to call a client. Ultimately, no real reason was given to refuse service besides the fact that we were upset for not being served. No one told us it was due to intoxication or any other reason besides being upset for not being served. Obviously, we would be upset for being refused service for no real reason given. We asked for a manager or anyone to speak with, and the excuse was the manager was getting married tomorrow. So there's not a single other person in charge? We went to the tasting room next store and ordered a flight. We were served the rest of the day! Had an amazing experience at...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this winery was so unacceptable that it warrants a serious call-out. We were excited to visit and enjoy what the winery had to offer, but our entire visit was marred by the incredibly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior of a staff member named Sharlee.
From the moment we arrived, Sharlee treated us with an attitude that was not just unfriendly, but outright hostile. Despite us being respectful, sober, and eager to try the wines, she flatly refused to serve us without any valid reason. There was no indication of intoxication, no disturbance caused — just an unprovoked refusal that felt rooted in personal bias or prejudice.
The rest of the staff seemed either unaware or unwilling to intervene, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. A winery should be a place of hospitality and warmth, but Sharlee’s behavior conveyed the exact opposite — cold, dismissive, and discriminatory.
It’s deeply disappointing that such a beautiful location is being undermined by someone who clearly has no interest in treating all guests with dignity and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer deserves to be treated the way we were.
Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this...
Read moreAwful service. Our waiter forgot about us an hour in of our visit. Then another water came over. Then the third one that came over when one of the ladies from our party was in the restroom. The last waiter came three minutes later asking "are you going to order anything?" to our friend who just came out from the bathroom. All three of us were in the place for already an hour, had 3 glasses of wine and a cider and 5 appetizers. i felt it that it was super rude. The attitude, as if she wanted us out of the space. They never refilled our water. I had to get up and ask for a refill. As well as for the bill. Even when they took our credit card to process the bill she stopped and took 5 pictures of another group knowing we were in a hurry. Unprofessional and rude service. But food was good. Wine overpriced but okay. Won't come back. And fruit flies. Awful fruit flies everywhere. If you want to share your wine with them, go ahead. Else, stay away from this place. Unless they train their staff to host tables from the beginning to the end (the first waiter was still there, all that time) and respect...
