Our experience: Of all the restaurants we could have chosen on Cinco de Mayo, we chose this one. BIG MISTAKE. When we went in, a young “Gen X” man was at the counter and about 4 others stood around him doing…whatever they were doing 🤷🏻♀️. We were the only customers except for a man who was already seated and eating alone. I nicely told him I would need a second, that I hadn’t been there before. (I didn’t know the menu.) He acted completely put out. I suggested my husband go ahead of me as he knew the menu and what he wanted. I asked 2 quick questions and was rudely responded to. My husband whispered me that he had a bad attitude. I was next so I told him what I wanted. He very rudely started slopping the ingredient onto a large tortilla and snapped at me that I couldn’t add or remove anything from my quesadilla (although he had to create it step by step anyway, I hadn’t asked him to alter a thing). We were literally there less than 2 minutes and he kept sighing, rolling his head back and to the side in impatience…I told him nevermind, I didn’t want anything, he didn’t need to be so rude. I told him my husband had also commented on the way he was treated and that he needed to just slow the hell down and quit being so rude. SUDDENLY ALL EYES WERE ON ME One of the staff in the back popped off that if I was going to cuss at a minor I could just leave. (Not that I carded him prior to asking him to slow the hell down, but he earned being confronted the way I did!) Meanwhile , “Susan the general manager” as she advised me, pooped off that I could leave and eat elsewhere. (They apparently didn’t hear me say “nevermind, I don’t want anything” in reaction to his mistreatment.) I responded by asking “So you’re more concerned about me saying “hell” than you are your employee being very rude to your customers? She said “My name is Susan if you want to submit a complaint on me.” I said “Okay!” And we left. Not only will we not return to this particular franchise, several of my friends that own businesses in the area also stated they will never return. We’ll give our business to people who appreciate being in business especially after the pandemic!!! Susan and her big mouth buddy as well as the boy should NOT work with the public. I was literally disgusted. Also…personal hygiene should be a...
Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. They discriminate against people with disabilities. This was the worst experience I have had in my life. They were rude serving us and beyond rude when I asked help. I took the burrito back to another location and they returned it no questions asked. The girl here lied and said she could refund it or give me a gift card instead. I have worked retail so I offered her the options I knew for returning. She said we can’t accept food back and I said she could watch me dispose of it so she knew I wouldn’t eat it so we could get a refund. I had only taken a bite so wasn’t like I ate half and then asked for the refund. They knew I had a stomach issue and couldn’t eat salsa or the spicy stuff so I chose a few sauces they recommended, I found it didn’t taste good and they didn’t even offer to remake it, she just said touch you bought it and it’s my problem. She literally said this. She lied multiple times and all the employees acted like they didn’t want to be there. This is a serious issue how they treat people in general and treating people with disabilities like garbage is not okay. If you go there your supporting an establishment they doesn’t respect people with disabilities. I’ve never been treated this bad in my life. Im not sure where they find their employees or if they even check in on them, but if you’re the owner/manager I would do some serious rehiring or thorough training. You’re going to get complaints to the BBB and other state agencies about treatment of people with disabilities and treating them like trash. I already have a hard time with invisible physical and mental disability like my stomach sensitivities and then pile it on. I’ve already spoken with my fellow friends with disabilities and they agree. I lost my dad last year and almost my sister. I have a severe concussion that left me disabled. And then being treated like this when I’m vulnerable. You have to be a sick person to do that. I worked retail before I got hurt and always helped customer and treated them with respect. I am not some rich girl who has life perfectly figured out like you assumed. I never assumed what my customers were like and...
Read more⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 stars!! I'm not sure why this store only has 3.8 stars?? This place is amazing! Their staff works so hard, they are so friendly and they do their job * well, with pride, are super professional, patient, and very fast.* The food is ALWAYS high quality. The workers - specifically who was working at the Woodinville Qdoba on August 31st 2025 (this evening) there was a young man working up front taking orders/cashier/making the food and a woman in the back. The Young man went over and beyond, he was extremely courteous, and he is a very hard worker. Alot of times in today's day and age, I feel like jobs like fast food are way overlooked. Our society has gotten so complacent and takes good service for granted. Many times I feel like food service staff - At any restaurant or food establishment whether it's sit down take out fast food or a Mexican place like Qdoba - alot of food workers only give good service if they know they're going to get a big tip. That's what showed me tonight how valuable of a skill that young man exhibited tonight - communication, working hard, doing the right thing when no one is watching (integrity) even just having an extra conversation with a customer and asking how they're doing. Or being proactive and cleaning things, trying to make the experience better for the customers whether that's cleaning tables or whatever. Thank you to that young man and woman who was working in the back. I eat at Taco del Mar and Chipotle a lot, but I definitely am sticking with Qdoba in Woodinville from now on! Thank you 👍🏼😎 highly...
