The customer is NOT always right... but this crew of juvenile YA could stand to learn a thing or two about customer service. These loud young ladies at the drive-thru (the ones putting the orders together) are too busy gaggling and giggling to get the orders right. I ordered a side of eggs and hash browns with hot cakes for my daughter, checked the bag before leaving and thought I saw the hash browns at the bottom w/ the eggs... I did have to side park to go back in and get the condiments. Went home, no hash browns. It’s a cold Sunday morning, we’re prepared to eat, then you have to call about the mess up, and have to face the cold again. Anyone would’ve been upset.. Get there and they’re the ones with attitude smh. Talking with each other with backs turned towards the customers and me, while I’m letting them know the situation. I let them know I’d prefer the $ back on my card but noooo, customers have to return with all the food before there’s a refund lol. Why wouldn’t I return with the order that’s getting stone cold and inedible. Ridiculous. I also spoke with the manager about her team’s behaviour, per her body language I doubt if she either cares or has any intentions of correcting her employees’ behaviour. I swear I don’t know about us. Very rarely do I visit FF joints but this McDonald’s location will never see another $ from me, regardless of how convenient their location is. Not all of us are willing to put up with these uncouth, untrained kids’ nonsense just for some breakfast. People, respect your time and money, don’t give it to them. Go elsewhere, where they care about service.

Read moreThis has to be the worst location I've been to in the Maryland area. I'm not sure if management is blind or just plain doesn't care about the environment at this location. This place is typically hoarded by local teenagers. During the day and night, you can barely walk in the door. There's kids everywhere. It's not the fact that there's kids. It's typically unruly kids. Smoking, vaping in the dining room or doorway. One time, I had to ask the kids to leave because they were Smoking Marijuana in the doorway. Management did nothing at all. The entire place smelled of it. Not a way to enjoy your meal. This place has been this way for as long as I can remember. There's an extreme lack of control. Most locations do not tolerate this type of environment. It drives customers away. There's literally another McDonald's less than a Mile away that is the complete opposite.
Several times this week, I have stopped at this location before their close time of 10 pm, which is posted on the door. They close the doors early and will not let you in. This evening, I was told by a 19-year-old kid that he says he's the manager. That he was told to close the doors early. I asked if the store hours are 10pm, then why were the doors closed almost 20 minutes prior to that. They do the frequently. I guess this is just their unwritten policy.
My suggestion is to go to the other location. Much nicer and clean. The environment is not populated with a bunch of rowdy kids. It's a disaster...
Read moreTo whom it may concern, I just went to McDonald’s today. I ordered yesterday at approximately 11:30 AM. I ordered two chicken McNugget meal with sweet teas and one fish fillet meal with an HighC drink. I also ordered two apple pies. Upon getting home I decided I discovered that I did not get my apple pies two Apple pies. I came up to that same store and asked to be given those apple pies that I had paid for the day before. Keysha was at the front counter. She wouldn’t give them to because she was acting as if I had done something wrong. When I try to explain to her what I ordered the time of day it was that I came, and what was left out of the bag she told me that it that was tough and I should have called her yesterday. I explain to her that I am a busy person I’m a real estate agent and I don’t have time to necessarily call her because of an order that was messed up in a drive-through I just thought that I could come up here and get my two Apple pies which were approximately two dollars. She got very rude obnoxious and very condescending and informed me that she would not do it. Then told her that I would report her and call upper management or customer service because I don’t feel like customer service is a priority . So I am asking you to read remedy the situation and to somehow discipline that young lady because she made a scene and she belittled me in front of everyone that was...
