MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Woods Cross

I really liked this location up until the past few months. The food was good, ordering online was super quick and efficient, and pick up was fast. The past several times we have gone to order online and this location is the ONLY location that says online ordering isn't available. First, I don't understand why we could always order online before and now we can't? Second, when we call to ask why online ordering isn't working we are told online ordering is not a thing and not only that, we also are told we cannot place an order over the phone. What kind of a restaurant doesn't let you place an order over the phone??? I understand occasional technical difficulties with the online ordering, but make it so that your 16 year old employees know how to write an order and not be so lazy. If I was the GM at this location, I would be sickened at how much money I am losing based on the fact that the only way to get food from here is to physically go in. It makes me sad to say we probably will not return due to the obvious lack of care for customers. Lastly, we have started to go to other locations and have been met by employees who were quick, kind, and honestly took their time to produce a great pizza. The quality and food from different locations has far surpassed this locations. Maybe think about retraining and reevaluating how you run...

Went there for the first time yesterday and before I even had a chance to go inside I was already extremely unimpressed. Online they were shown to be open until 10:00pm. When I arrived in the parking lot at 9:02pm their "Open" sign was turned off, all the chairs were put up, half the lights were turned off, one employee was switching between mopping the floors and chatting it up with their coworker, and another was switching between casually wiping the counters down, playing on their phone, and chatting with the other coworker. If that doesn't scream "We closed early because we don't care" I don't know what does. Despite their actual reasoning for closing early, their behavior and demeanor gave off the impression that they were lazy and didn't want to work the last hour of their shift. However when I arrived, they appeared to have been closed for quite a while already. Again, despite their reasoning for closing early, perception is everything. I might try again another night soon, but I'll definitely be telling my friends and family who are interested in trying this place out about this highly...

It makes me very sad to give MOD a one star because I am the biggest MOD Pizza fan in the world. But, this location had the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. I'm hoping this was a fluke because other people seemed to have enjoyed this location. The staff were completely incompetent. At any other MOD, it takes an average of 6 minutes to get through the line. There were two people in front of me and it took them 20 minutes to get through the 3 of us. They were extremely disorganized and they were only putting one pizza in the oven at a time.. it took another half hour to actually get my pizza. The restaurant itself was a mess, they had nothing prepared and it was 9:30pm.. there should have been plently of time after the dinner rush to get their act together again.. when I walked in everyone was just standing around.. why were they not prepping anything or cleaning? The only time things began to take order was when another woman (I'm guessing a manager?) came out from the back and started doing everything for the other workers.
