TacoTime — Restaurant in North Salt Lake

Never had such a good experience at a high end restaurant, let alone a fast food chain!!! When going through the drive thru, I was greeted with a 'go ahead and order when you are ready ready ready', in a fun upbeat manner. I thought, 'oh this is silly but probably just someone who enjoys their job'. It wasn't unprofessional, just unexpected. I wish you could have heard the tone, it made me smile. When finishing my order, I thanked them and when driving to the window, they said 'keep being a wonderful human being!' Which made me smile and giggle. I mean, who says that? At least like that? It was fun and made me feel good. Maybe I was having an off day, but no one could have not smiled at this comment. I was excited to meet the person behind the voice box when pulling up to get my food. I was greeted by a gentleman who was overly friendly, introduced himself as the manager (though I am high functioning autistic, so I am unaware if he was kidding), because he then followed up and said it was only his 2nd day there, to which I laughed again. He handed me my food, delivered my straw with the comment 'beverage drinking service', and just as he made me smile from the very beginning, he left me with a 'you keep making the world wonderful'.

I have truly never had someone be so genuine, though some may think silly. The comments were serious in nature, and fun and upbeat and you could tell this man loved his job, or at least loved the people, which is awesome and rare.

I would highly recommend this establishment for the customer service alone!!

Brooke and James are amazing they are super friendly at night the owner of the store is just amazing this is the only store in north salt lake or in the area that is open it’s amazing if I would give this location a 25 star I would James I know because he said hi to me last year and was super friendly what a treat and what a wonderful manager he deserves a big pay bump up Brooke was cleaning and doing awesome lots of trash take out and sweeping so through with her job James just again amazing this whole staff at taco time is amazing I love the people another person I have to mention is Rosie in the morning she is very friendly and very nice again I just want to thank u all for ur kindness and friendship u bring joy to this fast food place all the workers work hard and do an amazing job that goes for all the cooks and highschoolers that take orders inside and through drive through it’s so busy here at times just an amazing place will be coming here more often thanks again god bless all of you thanks peace...

I deliver for Doordash for a living. I came here to pickup an order that had already been placed at 10:30 am. There was no note in the app to come into the store so I drove into the drive thru. I told them I had already placed my order and was just here to pick it up. They told me to pull forward. My low review and bad experience is from the manager. He was very rude, and told me that I can't come through the drive through ever and I needed to come inside. No one else came through the drive thru and the food was ready by the time I parked. I'm upset about being treated so rudly, if you want people to come inside tell me through the app like every other restaurant. And don't be mean just because I don't know something! Very bad experience, I'll not look forward to pickup here...
