I don’t like to leave negative reviews. And I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. But I have been by here two nights in a row and every time I’ve come they are closed before 9 PM. Google says that the store is open until 9 PM. I’ve worked in restaurants before, and sometimes you just want to start getting ahead of closing duties, I get it, but customer service is serving the last customer until the time you are closed. It’s not really fair to close early just because it gets slow or you want to leave. Today there were three of us outside just to come to locked doors. You guys really need to be open until when you say you are. Because this is the second day in a row that I came because of the hours that I work. We went to the Taco Time instead and even the cashier commented that he went to get a sandwich there before, and it was closed by 8 o’clock for him the last time😞😢 I feel bad to leave a bad review, but it’s not really fair to the customers who take the time to get there to give you our...

The sandwiches are good and the teens working the registers are teens. I love the Freestyle machine drinks. However, I was really disgusted by the condition of the ladies' restroom. This was my first time using it, and it was appalling. While the dining area seemed clean and possibly renovated, the restroom clearly hasn’t received the same attention or regular maintenance. Here are a few specific concerns: -The faucet barely sprayed water due to heavy lime buildup. -Toilet paper and paper towels were not in the dispensers, just stacked on top. -The door was visibly grimy. -Trash was overflowing from the can onto the floor. -The only thing functioning properly was the soap dispenser. I ended up just washing my hands and leaving quickly. I didn’t allow my niece to go in—I cleaned her hands using water from the drink machine and napkins instead. I went there last night with my two daughters. We walked in and there was a group of young men working between customers. They didn’t roll their eyes or act like we were interrupting their hang out at all which was a pleasant surprise. They were friendly and patient while we decided what to order. We decided to stay and eat there. I’ve had other experiences where all the employees are friends and treat work like their hang out spot and are rude, loud or obnoxious, I want to say it’s worth a review to say how respectful these guys are. When I made a second order for my youngest daughter not one of them made me feel like I was bothering them for having to actually work. We felt welcomed and were treated great. Really appreciate the service there. Thank you so much, these guys are all very hard workers and most of all kind and respectful which is rare literally anywhere you go, I hope whoever runs this store recognizes...
