Arby's — Restaurant in Woodstock

Arby's sent me a coupon via email for a free sandwich with the purchase of a drink. I asked for a small drink that was on their soft drink menu for $1.29 the young lady at the window wrong the drink up 2 times with the incorrect price and advised that they didn't have a drink for that price. I told her that was the price on their menu and that I would drive back around to the menu, which I did. The supervisor answered on the speaker at the drive thru and I told here there is a drink for $1.29 on the board and it looks like it says snack. She tells me to pull around to the window. I explain again to her That the drink was $1.29 and said that the writing was small and it looked like it said snackby the price. She asked me if I took a picture of the board. I told her no but she's more than welcome to go take a look herself. She comes back with a photo which lists the price for a small drink. She advises that the price isn't for a small drink. I told her that I told her that before she went outside to look. I told her she should know the prices of the items on the menu because she works here. She said our prices had changed so she didn't know. I told her that's not my problem. I also told her I don't understand why she's going thru all this hassle over 50 f*g cents instead of allowing me to pay for my drink and get my food. She shut the window. I asked for the district managers phone number and she wrote a phone number down on a piece of paper with no name. I will be calling corporate. I had an incident last year at this location because they threw my sandwich together. It was messy . There was Parmesan sauce on the outside of the box and the sandwich was made upside down. Well, everything time I go to this location I have a bad experiment. Today the manager had a attitude with me. I told him that I felt like he had a little attitude. He was like never that ma'am. I was like ok. But I don't think he like the fact I had a coupon that they put out, for people to come to eat their food. So wow, why do they put the coupons out if they don't want you to use them. So what really made me upset was he had me wait on my food for a good minute and they was smiling and other people faces giving them they food, and taking more orders also giving these people food. When I got my food it was not hot. So if I had to wait, why was my food not hot. My food should have been hot, not in between, warm!!! So when he saw me get back in line and he was flirted with a lady in front of me for a good minute. He was like, oh ma'ma we was on our way to give it to you and you was in line. So someone please make it make sense to me. If I had to wait, why was my food nor was my son's food hot. Make it make sense to me.!!! So I decided to stop going to this Arby's because of that. The people that work there are not very nice. So people need to start seeing that customer service and the better the customer service is the better your customers will act. After a Friday night highschool football game this was one of only a few places open so we choose it based on Arby's great selection. However the experience was one of the worst I have ever had. The drive thru girl was so rude and aggressive I was speechless. My 3 kids were shocked at the way she spoke to me and couldn't believe I didn't say anything to her about the way she spoke to me. I was sure too remind them this was the only option and that if I treated her the same way she treated me then I would be a horrible person. Plus let's face the fact she would most likely done something to our food. I can not believe she has a job there. I wanted to report her and her name to the manager but I know she was probably having a bad night and also needed this job. But I hope Arby's will see this review and speak to all the staff and remind them of how Chick-fil-A says my pleasure!
