Bad mouthing McDonald's is like - why bother - but why not! Two sides to the ugly coin, 1. The suck level of this particular location 2. The suck level of the corporation. This location, rude, slow, employees with a 100% don't give a uc attitude. I could order a cup of 'water' and they'd ask me to pull up to space to wait for it to be deilvered; and it ain't a guick wait! I only stop at this location, seldomly, due to it's location and every single time I'm asked to wait and the food comes out 'COLD' and 9 of 10 times they short an item. If their 'chicken' neighbor can deliver hot fast good food with a smile and a 'my pleasure' response every single time then McCruds could darn well do the same! That don't give a uc attitude bleeds down hill from a corporation that is selling wildly over-priced items and obviously sees the customer as little more than a dollar sign. How much for a "Filet-o-Might be fish"...it's insanity! Again, Chick-fil-A has 'spanked' the enitre fast food industries back-side and demonstrated it is not only possible to make profitable quality food but treat the customer properly every single time. Even if it's fake smile and sentiment - which I don't believe that's the case - they do it politely with out fail! YES, the fast food industry pays poorly, it's hard to find good employees these days, everybody gets that! But again, if a small Georgia based family company, can find good employees - train them well - serve good hot food 'quickly then what is McDonald's excuse! You have 'none'... and any response short of overhauling the company from ground up would just be more excuses. At some point the consumer is going to have to say enough is enough and just stop doing business with McDonald's. The consumer must speak with their wallet!    Read moreI hardly ever eat at fast food places anymore with the chemically treated meats and over process quality of food. I'd rather go to a Shake Shack or 5 Guys atleast for a better quality burger experience.
But, recently myself and a couple worker of mine stopped into this McDonalds due it was the fastest and only food place to get in and out of.
My co worker told me McDonalds took a big hit with consumers and changed thier beef, no more frozen patties, burgers are cooked to order and the quality of beef is way better than before.
McDonald's has to keep up with the fast casual gourmet places that I normally would go to.
I got my double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon large fries and Coke. Super sized it!! Took a bite out of the burger and the meat was seasoned really good. The quality of the meat is way better than the past chemically treated frozen burger. Yes, wait times are longer since it's cook to order. But the experience of that burger for a fast food place was better. The burgers are still small and not better than the fast casual gourmet burger places but McDonalds has raised thier game.
I will still keep going to Shack Shack or a specialty burger place but if I am ever in a situation that it's a McDonald only then yes I will stop in. A pleasant surprise on thier quality of beef and a good move by them.
I do see were maybe McDonalds is trying to become a higher quality place within signaling that they're becoming a burger/Cafe type of place?? Not sure what's that about.
Maybe McDonalds can address that question for me and the rest of the consumers.

So I respectfully asked the young lady can she turn the outlet on. The manager over heard me asking her. And he rudely out loud n said " they off for a reason so people don't sit in to charge them phones and devices. " The young lady behind the counter said " but he is a paying customer". He said " and so". My thing is I can see if it's rush hr u had as ALOT of customers in the line or in the dining area. But again from the video I'm the only besides another Mcds employee. I do believe I'm in title to that service because not only am I a paying customer but that is a safety issue. And emergency can happen and I'm unable to use my phone because he wants to feel might and use authority for getting about customer service. My experience now put me as I do not want to eat here ever again because he don't believe in performing absolutely at the highest level of customer satisfaction. And this also sad because I used to work here 2007-2008. And I knew I gave 1000% customer satisfaction services. 5x when we got shop I was on the register 10000% and my normal position was the grill. I have done every position floor except assistant manager or manager. I'm shocked how he would treat his own kind a brother as well as I.. they saying is u treat those how u want to be treated.
