I placed a DD App order for munchkin, a sandwich and a box of Joe. I gave them almost 45 minutes to pick up. When I arrived the associate told me that they didn't have boxes of Joe. No big deal. I asked for a refund. He said he couldnt do that and his manager went to get one at another store and would be back in 30 minutes. I didnt really want to so that and asked simply for a refund. I was told rather rudely that he could not do that and if I wanted a refund I would have to wait for his manager. I said fine I'll come back for the box in 30 minutes since I was purchasing it for the lovely nurses who just delivered my newborn son.
I came back 30 minutes later and the manager had sold my box of Joe to someone else and could it provide another. He could only offer a refund, but it even an apology.
