I use to ALWAYS come here because I'm 1 of them type of people who like good costumer and hot fresh food, an for some sad reason MANY of the fast food chains are against serving hot food. IN RECENT EVENTS.., At the end of last month I came to this location ordered the double fish fillet meal and ordered it fresh along with the chicken sandwich an of course FRESH also I ordered 2 Carmel frappes and asked for them to add oreo. When I got home the food was cold I had a double cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich and my double fish was a single and no oreos in my frappe
I CALLED UP TO THE STORE THEY SAID WHEN I HAVE TIME TO COME BACK AN THEY WOULD CREDIT IT.
So today I came back same song different choir smh, my fish sandwich WASNT FRESH, ANOTHER DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER AND NO OREO IN MY FRAPPE. Remind you I asked the manager ''Sally'' or ''Sandy'' (CANT REMEMBER THE EXACT NAME BUT I KNO ITS 1 OF THE 2) was it oreo in the frappe she said YES, IT'S IN THE MIDDLE, an it wasn't in either 1 AT ALL
On top of that I watch another customer who came in tht was in the drive thru well over 5-10mins complaining about the wait an after no 1 said anything or handled his issue ''HE LEFT''
I dnt know what else yo say except how great this location USE to be once upon a time
I guess I'm giving 2stars... 1 star or tricking me an fooling me to believe it was oreos in my frappe when you really forgot so u lied because u dnt wanna waste money and the other star for the tasty sweet tea
Why can't these places keep the consistency of...
Read moreOrange juice is now not an option with breakfast meals. Upcharge if you want that. The cups are smaller, though, since last time I was there. A medium looks like what a small used to. Had to park up and wait from the drive thru. I had to wait because of the hash browns. /All/ of the food in the bag was not warm/fresh. I assume that waiting for something would mean that it was being cooked recently. Apparently not. Not only were the hash browns not warm, they were dry and hard, like they were slightly overcooked, and then sat for a bit too long. I suspect that they did sit too long, and that they dropped them back in the oil to get them seeming hot again, which would have that drying/hardening effect after they've been out a couple minutes. The total price was the same as the last time I went, to the penny, so the decrease in OJ size is basically a sneaky price hike.
Edit: I should also talk about muffins. The muffins are black, like they were burned, but only around the edges. As someone who used to train McDonalds breakfast employees, I can suggest that they are trying to "speed things up" by increasing speed on the toaster, and turning the heat way up. As a result of that, instead of a proper toast, the muffins get black around the edges, but don't toast as much in the middle, but aren't overly hard...
