Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yakima

I think the young man working on 9/22 at 9:30pm needs a lesson in customer service. After making my online order and getting confirmation it was ready, I headed down to get my dinner. I pulled into parking lot and it was a quite evening and surprisingly I was only one waiting. I strolled up to designated area to wait for my hot fresh pepperoni pizza and I waited and waited even after being noticed by the young gentleman he still stood doing nothing so, l started to wonder if I was invisible or something. Eventually, I poked my head in and asked for my order and was told I need to call to make an order and I told the kid I already did and that the pizza sitting ready to go was mine and again he said I need to call. I finally convinced him to go look and he finally comes back with a total. I have him 11 dollars and he comes back with my order and 17 cents change. I reached out to get my order and the young man wouldn't let go of it so I gave it another try and he still wouldn't let it go. I completely went passed confused to angry and snatched the pizza I just paid for from the young lads hands and gave him an indication that he was number 1 and went to eat my snack. I did a curbside pizza pickup after I got off work. They brought my pizzas out to the vehicle I checked the top pizza and it was right so I never checked the bottom pizza. When I got home I noticed they gave me someone else's pizza so I called the dominoes on union street next to 7/11 the one I went to and let them know the mix up. The lady hung up on me when I told her about the mix up. So I called back and asked to speak with the manager but he wasn't in so I talked to another lady she was very polite and respectful. They wanted me to comeback to the store and pick up my pizza or charge me a delivery fee I refused and told her I would wait for her to call her manager. When she got back on the phone she asked where I would like my pizza delivered. Then hung up on me. I got the right pizza about 45mins later. Who ever the manager is at this location needs to reevaluate his employees and train them on phone manners. I tipped the driver for delivering my pizza. It wasn't much but...

The pizza from this place is usually pretty good and as a result, I've been a long time customer. However, the service has major issues more often than not. I ordered two pizzas 3 hours ago. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see what was taking so long. According to the lady, they only had two drivers and were running behind schedule. An hour later, the pizzas still hadn't shown up. I called again. This time, I was told that it's on its way. Thirty minutes later, it still hasn't arrived. Once more, I call, and now I'm told that they went to the place, the address was vacant, and the number listed to call was a wrong one so they cancelled the order. I requested to speak to the manager who not only read my phone number back to me perfectly, but also the address. She was polite, I sincerely appreciate her for getting the order back on track, but waiting for pizza over 3 hours...
