JUST DON'T GO HERE!!! At least not ANYTIME SOON.
When did dunkin donuts go to the SMALL size donuts!!!??? And charge $1.49 for them????!!!! (I'm sure that was a CORPORATE decision)
The paperclip & the quarter in the picture are there for size reference. The receipt is there in case you don't believe me on the price of this ONE donut!!!! As well as to document the date & time, should the business choose to correct anyone's behavior and attitude.
[I am NOT calling for anyone to be fired. I'm expecting a coaching activity to take place. Coaching from management on down. The attitude you are about to read comes from the top down...when management doesn't correct, the employee thinks this is okay]
Customer service sucked from the associate that waited on me!!!! The young "lady" behind the counter came up to me and says to me, with an attitude...
"DAT'S ALL WE'S GOTS LEF T'DAY!"
NOT...
"Hello, welcome to Dunkin Donuts, how may I help you?"
Or even...
"Hello, unfortunately our selection is low and limited currently, but how can I help you?"
But DEFINITELY should NOT be...
"DAT'S ALL WE'S GOTS LEF T'DAY!"
She's got fingernails on her at least 3 inches long, maybe even 4 inches long!!! I don't want her touching my food with those hands...you shouldn't either! You know damn well she isn't wiping well, front or back!!!! Hell, she could barely press the buttons on the damn register! At least she used a piece of waxed paper or whatever to grab my donut.
Then to top it off, the donut was stale and sucked, and became bird & ant food!!!
All I had was a sweet tooth that wanted a "cakey" cream filled donut...I got attitude & "staleness" for $1.49.
I will try them again in the future, NOT the 'near' future...I always give businesses a 2nd attempt to correct their ways. I'll give them a few months, try them again, and write an updated review...
Read moreI just moved into the area and started to come to this dunkin, ordering the same drink everytime. Unfortunately, it was a guessing game if it was good or not. Today is my last visit to this place which is sad to say as a former dunkin employee. The other day I ordered my drink which is a Iced vanilla cappuccino with blueberry shots and sugar. They accidentally added strawberry shots instead which ended up being a pretty good mistake. I came back today to get my same drink but with strawberry shots instead and the drink was awful. I came back so they can redo my drink explaining the situation and they told me what I asked for “strawberry shots” don’t exist so that’s why my drink turned out bad. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked them to redo my original order with blueberry shots what I have been getting for months. As I pulled up to the window I could hear them talking trash and laughing about this incident again repeating that I sound crazy for what I asked for. I got my new drink, and told them I didn’t want to cause any problems because i’ve gotten this drink so many times and it just wasn’t what I ever gotten before and they again just said what I asked for is unheard of. i went home with my new drink that was a plain latte and still disgusting and told my boyfriend about the situation. He found my drink from yesterday and as you guys will see from the screenshot I was right all along. So around 6 employees decided to clown at a customer for a drink they made the other day and couldn’t even fix there mistake or admit there wrongdoing , so sad there’s a dunkin like this out there. Will be switching to starbucks at least they can have some respect for...
Read moreCompletely unacceptable. I have been to this location on a few occasions, today was by far the worst. I ordered a Mocha Cappuccino Blast, which is made with ice cream, not just ice and a chalky mixture. The only way I can describe it was that the individual who made it was too lazy to actually do it. The consistency was more of a frozen coffee, made with ice. A Mocha cappuccino blast has been on the menu for more than 20 years, I know, I’m about to be 41 and I got them as a teen. They have chocolate swirled on the inside of the cup. The ice cream, cold mocha mixture and ice are blended until velvety smooth, not chalky, and poured into the chocolate drizzle. It is then drizzled with more chocolate, topped with whipped cream and chocolate. When I questioned the employee her response was yeah, that’s what it is. When I explained what it should look like she said, oh I can put whipped cream on it if you want, all the while mumbling about her coworkers not doing anything. I should have just told her to remake it! I’m sorry but to pay almost $7.00 for an ice cream drink that I was given a phony frozen gritty coffee, after I described the correct drink to the young lady, no. This is why I will never be back and continue to tell everyone to go to Maple Donuts for your Coffee and Donuts, and Handles for your ice cream. If you don’t want to make what customers order then you...
