Jimmy John's — Restaurant in York Township

On arriving at Queen Street location, I went to counter. Female employee never made eye contact. I explained I was there to pick up. With attitude she pointed with her head toward a shelving behind me.with various bags and drinks. My drink was not with my order. I asked for it, she went into a ramble on keeping drinks cold and I could pull it from a cooler. I noted there were multiple bottled drinks with orders all over the shelving. I asked if she had noticed there were a lot of drinks getting warm and she should get right on that. The customer treatment was not the worst thing about the experience however. I could not bite into the sub I ordered. Old, dry meat, some with spots of mold. Veggies on sub not what I ordered. Having spent nearly $20 on a sub combo, it was food you could not eat. I don’t see this location remaining open for long The location on Oregan Pike is amazing. Definitely a huge step...

Place is designed a bit strange. You park in the back but the door is on the side facing the road. I had thought it was 2 different restaurants when the buidling was going up. It is a combined space for DD and JJ. Im asking people as a recent customer, to have grace for this new staff. You can instantly tell they are new to the work force and are already short staffed. I'd give this place a few months for the learning curve. People were getting annoyed that orders were wrong and they were waiting a little bit longer for their food. I'd say, if you want food from JJ, be prepared to wait and have some patience until they get the hang of it. Good job! In 6 months I can see yall kicking sandwiches...

First time I've EVER eaten here and I was NOT disappointed! We simply drove to York to look at a car. An hour from us... I wanted Panera bread so bad but I'm happy my fiance changed my mind. I wish I got the name of the lady behind the counter as she was SOOOOO helpful. Explained how everything worked and their menu. Also what was really nice it was ready within 5 minutes if that! I got a bag of their chips and OMG they were delicious. The sandwich itself gets another 5 stars! They actually put more than one piece of meat on it and the bread was so fresh. The place was clean and I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the service...
