McDonald's — Restaurant in York

The food was decent, put together neatly and with the correct ingredients.

However, when I walked in I was the only customer in the store, I walked up to the counter to place my order and was yelled at for not using the "kiosk" and told to place my order there. As it was my first time using it it took me forever and when I couldn't find something I wanted to order I wasn't helped just told "we don't have that" even though it was clearly on the menu above the counter.

When I finally finished I went to the register to pay where I was scolded for interrupting the work flow by coming up to pay.

Once the order came, they forgot a sandwich from my order and when I asked about it, the girl in charge (manager maybe?) yelled at me in front of everyone. Screaming "HOLD ON, ILL GET IT TO YOU THEN". Shocked at the reply, I asked her to calm down, and not to speak to me like a child or an employee... she screamed again "I DON'T CARE, ILL TALK TO YOU HOW I WANT, IM THE ONLY ONE HERE!!!".

I replied with something like "That isn't my fault, if you're going to work in a customer service oriented job then you're going to have to learn how to deal with people and treat them with respect even when things aren't going your way." (I was already a bit upset about the kiosk, questions, and payment debacle).

She replied with a few offensive words, reminded me that she didn't have to learn anything, and said she would yell at who she wanted to, and told me that if I knew what was good for me I'd get the F%$& out.

So I did, I left with my food and the forgotten sandwich that she slammed into my bag and I probably will never...

So this location is not friendly towards there delivery drivers. Twice I have been to this location to pick up an order for doordash. Both times I'm greeted in the most unfriendly way possible. Today I picked up and order the lady asked can you confirm the order. Well sure but first Id like to see the order number to confirm your handing me the correct order. Before I could see the order number she pulls the bag out of my hands and says " confirm the order "! Now that you possibly made the food in the bag come out of its carton? That's good for the customer. So I do finally get a glimpse of the order number as it's in her clutched hands. Another time I picked up an order at this same location. I ordered a coffee to boost me up for the long day ahead. After getting my drink I said I here for an order as well. She tells me I'm not allowed to order while waiting for a delivery it's out policy. So I'm thinking to myself. A policy that I can't get a drink that I'm paying for while I'm waiting for a delivery? This place is very ignorant towards third party delivers. And maybe should greet with a smile and say " Hi there, what's your order number. I'll go get it." Then show the driver the order number and confirm with a smile. Kindness goes a long way. So practice it. Since service with a smile seems to be no...

This was absolutely my worst experience at McDonalds. Last night I went to go get me some food. I ordered a medium fry with 3 sandwiches and a 20 piece. I drive 15 minutes back home and started to hand out food. When I sat down to eat my nuggets i instantly regretted biting into my nugget. Is was completely under cooked! Then I thought maybe it was just that one. So I cut about 2-3 other nuggets open and I was just disgusted that I was served this as food! So now I have to drive the 15 minutes back to McDonald’s because they did not answer the phone and I called 2x. Once I arrived at McDonald’s I told them what had happened. They offered to give me another 20 piece but that’s it. Not my money back not a sorry! Absolutely nothing. Now I already had stopped going to this McDonald’s because about 2 months ago I ordered food for pick up and paid online. When I got the the McDonalds they claimed they did not get my order when I I had the receipt on my phone and it said the exact store but they still refused to give me my food and or my money back! And I spent a total of $18.79. I ask for a management number but I got a number that no one ever answered! So I was completely beat out of money and never got my food!
