McDonald's — Restaurant in Yukon

We came twice today to the drive thru. The first time was for breakfast, they don't sell burgers till after 10:30. We ordered, paid and all was great. The second time, my daughter wanted to go back for a late lunch to get her burger she wanted so to the drive thru we went again. We ordered for 3 people, 2-#3's and #1, two dr.peppers and a large chocolate shake. At 3:54 p.m. the line was at a standstill. It took us forever to pay at the first window, then sit and wait for the next window. By the time we got there they handed us the two dr. peppers and asked us to wait in the reserve parking spot and an employee would bring out our food. We were the first to park there so I don't think they thought of telling those before us to do that. A young man came up to our window with the food, I asked him about the shake and he said oh, they didn't give that to you already? No, they didn't..he asked what size and went back in to get it, so we waited some more. I don't care for the food as much as my daughter does..the burger was okay, the fries were really salty, but the shake was good and I didn't need a spoon. Gave a low score for multiple reasons. If your going through drive through then no issues. Inside however is incredibly small. Extremely slow service. They were completely out of toilet paper. Took them till we were leaving to replace it. They gave a dining in time so better eat and get out. It's placed on the wall. Every thing possible that could beep was going off. Definitely overwhelming. Going to guess to much work for a short staff. I did notice the large and tall boss man not helping. He seems to be a watcher instead of a helper. They had a new cashier as well, she was learning. I have patience not a problem, she was nice but the manager guy wasn't really teaching her. He was a bit disappointing to watch. Used to be one of the best McDonald's around but under new ownership it has drastically fallen. I've been in 4 times since changing management and each time has been worse. Most recent visit was last night, drive through, only vehicle in line at 9pm. Two of my three drinks were wrong drink (this is so simple, how can you get it wrong!) out of barbeque sauce (was told they've been out for a day or two) got 7 nuggets in a 10 piece, one burger was not made to order, other burger was not what was even ordered, both burger patties seemed under cooked. Had napkins in the bag, gave extra sauce since they were out of what was wanted, fries were warm but all were brown and over cooked. I couldn't force myself to go back to even...
