This location has messed up my DoorDash orders 100% of the time. My order is always correct when I go inside or when I go through the drive-thru. However, the times when I have either been too sick or too busy to order dinner in person, I use DoorDash. The first time, my drink was missing, which means that the drink was not given to the dasher with the order and the dasher also failed to check the details of the order I placed. No big deal, I got my refund for that. Second time, however, I ordered a Caniac combo and received a 3-piece meal somehow. That may have been the dasher's accident. Aside from that, however, there was no coleslaw in the box, I received a small amount of fries, and the 3 chicken tenders that I did have were over cooked and had a rubbery texture which has never happened to me before. I worked in fast food as a teenager. I understand that DoorDashes can and will pop up at the "worst" times when you are already busy. However, it needs to be understood that these are real customers who are ordering from your establishment. Each DoorDash order should be treated the same way you would treat the customer had they placed the order in person. If the influx of orders is too overwhelming and is affecting quality, consider dropping DoorDash. I realize that the employees are human and everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but if you cannot provide a service successfully, do not offer the service because it only causes frustration and inconvenience. Read moreNormally my visits here are fine. I went through the drive thru at around 2:00 today and ordered a caniac and a box combo on separate orders. When I got to the window, they thought they were both box combos. I was trying to get the attention of the cashier when she was running the second card but she couldn't hear me. I understand hearing things wrong especially because I've worked drive through before but the girl next to the cashier with the drive thru headset was making eye contact with me while saying "I swear I repeated the order back and both were box combos, deadass." I was in shock that she would be talking about me while I am looking at her and can hear her as if I'm not even there. I said again they're supposed to be a caniac and a box combo. They did not try to fix the situation or get a supervisor who could. Instead they just said "do you still want them?" Well yeah, I paid for them. Read moreThis is the first time I've ever complained about Cane's. This was the worst experience possible. We ordered 2 Box Combo's, 1 3 finger combo. The drive thru person asked us to pull up. I asked why.. 3 simple dinners. I pulled forward. Waited over 10 mins, watched 10 cars get served. I went inside to ask about our food. The counter person was clueless, said he had no idea what to do. Showed him my receipt and asked for my food. He just stood there. So I asked for a manager or anyone that could get our food. Manager comes up and says.. yessss? I asked politely if I could have our 3 simple dinners. He asks me why I had to pull up.. I said "good question, wanna ask your drive thru attendant"? I literally had to spend at least 10 more minutes trying to get my order. I asked for my money back, he said no, they will make our food. Really? WORST experience ever. Go next door...
