Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Yuma

UNREAL!!!!!! They charged my card, it went through, left my bank, and now they say the order can't be found. She then proceeded to tell me I could PAY AGAIN if I want my pizza delivered!!!! So when I asked for a manager, because I have proof I paid, she said and I quote he said when this happens to explain to people he will be available the next day for a phone call. and that I should probably call my card to refute the problems. Ua i can see it now hi bank? Ya that charge from last night? I didjt get it, so give my money back ya thatll go over well... and moght i add.... IT HAPPENS THAT OFTEN?!?!?!?!? They never mess up my order, never been treated rudely by anyone there, if they forgot something they go back & get it for me but that's only happened once. They were even closed but the driver went back for my soda instead of making a huge deal that he was off already like dominoes did too me. They always remove the garlic sauce stuff & replace it with whatever I want. My last order was a good size one but I forgot to order a side of peppercinis so they gave me a side so I thanked them. I ALWAYS order easy sauce because sometimes there's way to much on the pizza. I will continue ordering from them. 1 note though their Chipotle hot wings weren't very spicy but still good!!!! It is a lovely experience walking into this Papa John’s location, the crew always makes sure to warmly greet you when you walk in! Speaking with the store manager is truly a pleasure, he is charismatic and funny too. It’s always nice to find genuine people that care about their customers and put an honest effort behind what they do. The pizza is phenomenal and always fresh, the smell of fresh baking pizza when you walk in is the best! I love when I get to catch a glimpse of them hand tossing the dough. Overall, great pizza and atmosphere, would definitely recommend this...
