Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yuma

They just had grand re opening yesterday so I took my daughter for dinner.. I will never go there again!! Got home and not only were the fries cold but the gave me the wrong burger.. So I went back and the manager lady could not clearly say Patty melt.. When I heard her trying to relay to the chef it became clear why my order was wrong.. Her Mexican accent was so strong it was hard to understand her.. They re did my order so I open the box to check if it was right and there was hardly no grilled onions. They fixed it but when I got home I noticed both bags were leaking grease at the bottom of the bags.. I reluctantly tried the burger and it was disgusting!! The quality of the food was very bad and if that wasn't enuff, there was a hair in my fries..😣😡 I nearly puked.. Absolute worst experience I've had at a fast food place and I will not be going back there ever again.. I do not recommend Jack in the box on 4th. Ave Yuma AZ. Disgusting experience!!!...

I like to wash my hands before dining, but you go in the bathroom and it looks like they clean it once a month! There’s no toiletries, urine stains all over the ground, trash is overflowing. If they let the bathroom get that dirty I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen environment is! Also workers will speak rudely about customers but they’ll speak Spanish doing it, except the assumed about the wrong white guy not knowing Spanish, because I am very fluent in Spanish and English. Then to top of off, the food is always sloppily put together and I guess they only cook fries fresh once a day and then just serve out fries from that batch, because the last 3 times I’ve gone, my fries have been cold, not even warm, cold and unfortunately I make the mistake of not checking until I’m home.. Seems like they spent all the money on renovating the store and no money on properly...

Juan castillo was very disrespectful when I went to go pick up my order I went to recieve my order at the drive thru window and was missing an item in my bag and went inside to get an item that was paid for and not given to me. Once I was inside Juan castillo was trying to argue with me that I didn't order it so is he calling me a liar? I would know that I'm not lying because Im the one that ordered it through the app. You never try to put the customer in a spot where you are basically hinting at them that they are lying. Im not giving my business to any jack in the box because if they are capable of hiring a disrespectful person in one location then they must have plenty of them at...
