Sad. This place is literally the worst. Ordered online, found out you can't get it through the drive thru. Went inside to the ton of people waiting for their orders. Staff seemed like they didn't have a care or any clue as to what was going on. Asked about my order and the staff dumfoundedly waddled around ignoring me. Eventually figured out what food was mine. A few items missing, but no biggie, this place already has enough problems to worry about. Got home and saw the food was super cold and crushed (yum). I won't be coming back until they meet basic fast food standards lol.

They do a fine job at this location. Dining room was clean, employees were friendly and the food was good. This is the best Arby's in a 50 mile radius from Zephyrhills. Lots of old folks there though. I'm in my 40's and was the youngest one there by at least 20 years. (other than the employees) Bathroom and parking lot were clean.

They said they were out of salad but had side salads. I told them I wanted a lot of meat, so I ordered 4 orders of the brisket. They put 1 to 2 oz of meat total, but charged me for 4 orders. I will never go back

Sad. This place is literally the worst. Ordered online, found out you can't get it through the drive thru. Went inside to the ton of people waiting for their orders. They do a fine job at this location. Dining room was clean, employees were friendly and the food was good. This is the best Arby's in a 50 mile radius from Zephyrhills. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I think they're just cheating with orders. It was dine-in, me and my husband placed an order in person and paid for everything. At first they did not give a receipt and I had to ask for it twice. The receipt was given later, while we waited for the order. When I checked the receipt, I fund out they charged an extra money for items we didn't order at all. Receipt showed additional 5 extra items (2beef sandwiches, 2 cur fries and mozzarella sticks 6pc) and they charged us for all this as well. I returned to the cashier and explained I paid for things I didn't order and asked to be corrected. I was asked same few times what I ordered and I repeated them the same few times. The cashier didn't know how to fix the mistake. She called for manager. I explained once again they charged an extra which is not mine. It was obvious, manager became very mad, because I also asked how extra items appeared on my receipt, if I did not even voice them. Finally, being nervous, he made a refund to the card for the entire order, including all items, and then I paid only for mine, but in cash. I asked receipt confirmation for refund. He gave my void payment receipt and I asked (just interested) why refund time on it is early then my card has been charged(make sure refund come back to card). There was not answer. After that, we were given ABSOLUTELY COLD order and asked to leave "HIS RESTAURANT!" We sat at the table, since from the very beginning we said that we would be inside. My God, he got crazy, what rudeness! He asked us again to leave, otherwise he would call the police, because I offended his teem. I didn't say a single rude word! I tried to explain, we just wanted make payment/order right, but he didn't heard us. We wanted to stay and let the police see what was going on inside. I kept my phone on voice record (he didn't know)... But then decided that this horrible place was not worth even an extra minute to stay in it. It's disgusting of them to first take an extra money, and then ask to leave despite the fact that my entire order has been paid in full. I do not recommend to anyone this place. And I am ready to tell everyone, people that work there do not know how to calmly correct mistakes and behave unprofessional with customers. Terrible experience with terrible service! No more any step...

I happened to be passing thru last Saturday and decided to stop by, drive thru was around the building, so decided to dine in. My fiancé and I went inside and there were people standing all over inside waiting for orders. The kids were all busy trying to complete orders and had completely ran out of buns and was having to substitute, which still didn't scare us away. The people in the back were literally throwing half wrapped sandwiches out to complete orders, some employees are wearing gloves, some aren't. And touching there face, hair, and other employees while bagging customers food, just to get food out to the drive thru while said drive thru people were coming inside saying there orders were wrong. I would have left at that point but had already ordered and paid. My fiance needed to use the restroom and said it was dirtiest restroom she had ever been in, and she said she would wait and use the bathroom at gas station. The customers then came up asking for arbys sauce, which they had none, so no buns, no sauce, filthy restrooms, employees cross contaminating themselves and customers food. The list goes on and on. I asked the young man what store number this arbys was and he went back to I'm guessing ask a manager what number was and he came back and gave it to me, not one manager came out to check why, to help anyone of there employees get the food orders right and delivered to customers in a timely manner. I get it was 4th of July weekend, but this is a level of bad customer service beyond anything I have ever seen in my life !!!! I had to give this one star to leave review, but my recommendation is to at no point ever to stop at this location. Worst...

Update: every time i go through the drive thru now, they are asking cars to pull up to a space at the end, out of the drive thru.. even with no other cars in line. Its to pad their drive thru times to corporate office. No problem, if you want to cheat your corporate offices data so they dont have a clear idea of how bad you are doing, thats on you... however, every time im asked to pull forward, you mess up the order.. either a sandwich is wrong, or the condiments i asked for 3 times arent in there, and i end up having to go thru the drive thru AGAIN... So, now i have to go through line twice just so you can lie to the corporate office. NOPE, from now on i will not be leaving your line until my food is ready, and i can inspect the bag for the missing items.. your laziness has created a problem that i now need to make a solution for.

Previous review -Drive thru line does not move! Expect to wait 5 min per car to order.. not joking.. also, ask before you order if they have the sauces you need.. kinda weird they didnt have AMY horsey sauces for to go orders.. this is the last time I give them business.. they need new management...
