McDonald's — Restaurant in Montevideo

If i could leave minus stars I would. The absolute WORST McDonalds in the whole world. The repeated inability of the staff to correctly organise our basic order for just 3 people (it took them numerous attempts over 45 minutes to eventually get it right) is either hilariously bad or just downright worrying. Loads of customers sending back cold food, orders messed up everywhere, lots of staff running around like headless chickens... Also, returned cold food, boxed up, sitting in a big pile behind the counter to be re-served to customers. Avoid this place like the plague- complete chaos, nobody knows what they're doing & a major lack of common...

I wish I was able to leave negative stars. It took over 45 minutes to get a simple order (a plain cheeseburger with no extras) wrong three times. Absolutely zero table service, no napkins on the table, sore, uncomfortable chairs, and no bathroom on the ground floor. Staff had no clue what they were doing, and they couldn't seem to listen to simple instructions. Absolutely appalling, worst McDonald's on...

Pésimo servicio, pésima atención simplemente de HORROR … hace minutos pedimos 2 mcflurrys de oreo por automc, nos los entrega un hombre y al verlos decepcionada le pedí amablemente si me colocaba más oreos porque en las foto se puede ver que no tiene NADA y me dice que es lo que la máquina tira jaja y le digo .. no, es decepcionante poneme mas, no solo no me contestó sino que me cerró la ventanilla en la cara, un desubicado !! personal con poca intolerancia no debería ejercer con el público. Leyendo opiniones de otras personas en el mismo local (las cuales muchas son negativas y también refiriéndose al mal servicio del automac) me encuentro con la foto de otro mcflurry de oreo con el triple o más de oreo de lo que “supuestamente” tiraba la máquina … una diferencia abismal !!! NUNCA brindan una solución al problema !! Son un DESASTRE. a ponerse...
