I recently visited this fine dining Indian restaurant, and while the staff showed great attentiveness and seemed committed to providing high-quality service, there were a few aspects that left me underwhelmed.
To start, their signature dish, the butter chicken, was unfortunately disappointing due to the inedible quality of the chicken. My wife and I were unable to finish it, which was quite surprising for a fine dining establishment.
On a brighter note, the eggplant and potato curry was decent, although the cheese naan did not live up to our expectations given its premium price of 150,000 VND. For that price, we expected something more exceptional.
My wife went to the toilet on the second floor, where she washed her hands with soap. When I went I found only a closed door on the second floor, so I went to the third floor, where there is a room with a toilet next to the kitchen. However, there was no soap to wash my hands in the toilet next to the kitchen. I can't emphasise enough the kind of thoughts that a customer can have about the toilet nearest to the kitchen, where food is being prepared, lacking soap. This is something that needs immediate remediation
Another area that could use improvement is the clarity of pricing. The 10% VAT is billed separately, meaning a 100,000 VND dish will actually cost 110,000 VND. In addition, there's a 5% service charge added to the bill. Incorporating these charges into the menu prices would make things simpler and more transparent for customers, without the need for separate calculations.
In summary, I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars, as the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the service was commendable, the food and pricing could use some refinement. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for the benefit of...

I explicitly stated that the food was poor "meh." As you'll see from my other reviews, I tend to stay in 5* hotels. Affordability is never a concern. Only an idiot would repeatedly patronise an establishment offering poor value for money - similar to your own situation.
In summary, you're the highest priced Indian restaurant in Da Nang but your food, service, and comfort are all at the low end of the scale.
Why exactly do you levy a Service Charge? The service is dreadful. You should seriously consider switching to a roadside stall, mate
ORIGINAL REVIEW...
Yet another awful Indian restaurant in An Thuong. Food was meh and ridiculously expensive. Service was uber slow. The kicker was the service charge plus tax for this woefully underpar experience.
You won't last long, buddy unless you change your ways. Regardless, I'm done. Enjoy the...
Read moreThis is one of the most expensive meals I have had in Vietnam (after living here for more than eight months) coming in at more than 400K for one person. I had soup, chicken 65, roti and a glass of wine 150K (more than a high end restaurant I have visited in Son Tra). The coriander and lemon soup was strong flavoured and chunky. The chicken, tasty, but slightly overcooked, and at 130K an expensive dish for a small plate. The roti was disappointing, thin and overly crispy. At 6pm I was the only diner. When I finished, I was presented with a QR code and asked to give a review. I had a friendly chat with the owner, who stood more than two metres away. I found the experience slightly off-putting. I have recently dined at Indian restaurants in Da Lat and also in Da Nang last year and had...
