Mỳ Quảng Bà Mua — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

We visited this store an hour before it close. It's apparently one of the chain restaurants. You need to go into the small under construction alley to get to the restaurant. The server/owner was very nice. We didn't go inside the AC room cause there were two bigger parties.

I got the coconut water drink and it was great. My party ordered lemonade and two other drinks that I don't know the name of. The drinks were all ok.

For food, I ordered the frog leg noodles. There were two different prices on the menu for small and large size bowl. TBH the large size was still small in American standard. I like the broth cause it's got very good chicken broth flavour.We also got couple noodles soup and the Banh Xeo. Banh Xeo was nice and crispy. It's a pity they ran out...

Our first time trying the Mỳ Quảng in Đà Nẵng and I've got mixed feelings about it. We got the boneless chicken + mixed bowls and the food came very fast. The flavours are unique and the broth is something that I've never had before! There are peanuts and chopped celentro which are super tasty too. The noodles were fresh but the bowl was lukewarm at best... The portions were a bit small and unfortunately we had a long piece of hair in one of our bowls :( they quickly changed it and gave us a new one but... that kind of ruined out experience. Disgusting. My quang was cold. No egg was provided. The Ban Xeo was dripping oil.

They are serving bad food and, worse, they know it. It's a cash grab.

This is a chain with many locations, so maybe they treat locals ok. But obviously not foreigners. I felt insulted they believed they could serve me garbage. I do noy believe Vietnamese people would accept this bad treatment

I ate two bites of each dish, then paid the bill and left. They got the money - but I will never return.
