This is one of THE BEST bun bo we’ve had in Vietnam. It’s very similar to the bun bo in Saigon which I absolutely love. A special bowl comes with all kinds of different beef cuts and fall-off-the-bone beef, for only 70k vnd. The broth was so deep and flavourful, I’m still dreaming about it. Drinks were cheap and huge! We saw a family of diners that seemed like regulars, and the restaurant owner was playing with their child as soon as he had a moment, so adorable! While it may not be the cheapest Bun Bo Hue shop (especially if you order their special dishes) - the fact that dishes sell out and it’s got a constant stream of locals dining reinforces how good it is.

The broth has a truly unique hearty beef flavour that enhances the meat and noodles it comes with. For 60k a bowl, you typically get 1-2 massive beef bones with meat so tender it falls right off.

Really flavorful! Legit place for Bun Bo Hue. Tried two kinds, the mixed and beef bones. The broth has lots of flavor and so does the meat. Love all the herbs that come on the side too.

Tables inside to sit and everything looked very clean. Good food preparation.

I am a foreigner but I like to eat at authentic places where the locals go. I recommend anyone to try it.

At first I didn't see many people here so wasn't sure to eat here as I like to go where I see others eatting, but as I sat down many locals came by to eat and it got busy. I see why!
