This is a simply wonderful and affordable Italian restaurant, tucked just off the beach in Da Nang. Do yourself a favor and do not miss it when visiting the beach area. Run by an earnest, personable, and highly skilled chef business owner, it resonates on key criteria: Excellent, and I do mean excellent food, ambiance, professional staff and engaged and skillful management.
I had the opportunity over a month long stay in the city, to get to know the Pizza House and here are some suggestions…the pizza, the burgers and Italian main dishes are jaw dropping amazing. The burgers are skillfully assembled, juicy with prime Australian beef, and balanced with a delicious mix of condiments, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a super fresh bun. Pair the crispy, just right fries, and you have an awesome meal. The pizzas are spot on from the perfect crust, scrumptious house made sauce and highest quality cheese and toppings! Having eaten pizza around the world, the Pizza House’s margherita and pepperoni offerings, are two of the best in my experience, authentic and prepared of the finest order.
The other dishes such as the supper fresh seafood fettucine, sparkling spaghetti pomodoro and most especially, the chicken saltimbocca, are exquisite and of superb quality and execution. The deserts, in particular the Chocolate Marquise, are out of this world!
The owner chef trained under a renown Italian chef in a high-end restaurant in Saigon and learned his lessons well. He is clearly on a mission to offer the best Italian food in Vietnam. By choice he keeps the restaurant small to maintain oversite and control of the food and experience. He is incredibly dedicated to his craft. He makes sure you feel at home and keeps track of all the important details to ensure a wonderful experience for all.
The restaurant has a fine wine list and cocktails...
Read moreOverall Experience: 8/10 ⭐ Pizza House is a casual, local pizzeria with a nice blend of Italian and American influences. Solid food, great service, and a laid-back vibe. I’d definitely come back for another pizza night.
Food & Drinks: Pepperoni Pizza – 8/10 ⭐ Really tasty. The pepperoni is clearly high quality—you can taste the fennel, which gives it a nice aromatic kick. The crust strikes a great balance between doughy and crunchy, and the slices are foldable NY-style. Baked well with no soggy bottom. Came out in about 12 minutes, piping hot.
Prices: 7/10 ⭐ At 185,000 VND for the pizza, it’s on the higher end for local standards—but considering the quality of ingredients and portion size, it feels fair. Not cheap, but you’re getting value.
Service: 8/10 ⭐ Staff was super friendly, fast, and very informative. Spoke fluent English and made the experience smooth from start to finish.
Atmosphere: 8/10 ⭐ Relaxed and inviting. The mix of Italian and American styling works well. It's air-conditioned, comfortable, and a good spot to hang out without noise or chaos.
Cleanliness: 8/10 ⭐ Everything looked well-kept and clean. Tables were tidy, and the space felt fresh and cared for.
Extras / Notes: Didn’t notice any standout extras like free starters or sauces, but the overall execution was solid. It looks like a dine-in-focused place.
Would I recommend it? Yes – solid pizza, cool vibe, and great service. Perfect if you're craving a proper pepperoni fix and want a comfortable...

During the two days we were in Danang, we ate at Pizza House twice. Two days later, while heading from Hoi An to Danang airport, we planned our third meal at Pizza House before leaving Danang!
Pizzas were excellent with delicious base, sauce and toppings cooked and presented to perfection. My wife enjoys ravioli more than pizzas while I am a big pizza fan. When we shared this with Kha (the owner), he said that after eating ravioli at his restaurant, I won’t be able to say that I am not a ravioli fan. He himself cooked goat cheese ravioli for us and he was bloody right about I licking fingers to clean the ravioli plate. I even dunked my pizza edges in the ravioli sauce at finished them off!
Pizza House is owned by Kha (pronounced somewhat like Khey), a wonderful, charming, young and English-speaking Vietnamese boy (father of a boy too!) committed to quality experience for each of his restaurant’s customers. Kha treats his team of effervescent team members very well and has trained them wonderfully too.
If one is in Danang, Hoi An (30 minutes away) or nearby and wants to eat Italian food or rather just food, one must try Pizza House once. Just once. Because she or he won’t be able to resist the...
