Monalisa Luxury Hotel — Hotel in Đà Nẵng

Deciding to go on a holiday is very exciting..We start planning about the clothes,shopping,foods,beaches,drinks and most importantly PLACE TO STAY right? I went through many hotels/apartments via online booking apps and I found many places with good ratings and features…but went I read the reviews ( you must click on “see all reviews” to read the negative ones too), it just didn’t feel right despite the high ratings..So, it took me days to go through the selected accommodations over and over again. I came across this place called Monalisa Luxury Hotel and as many other ratings, this had about 8.9 with about 200+ reviews..We somehow shortlisted this and kept our fingers crossed to have a happy stay here. When we arrived at the hotel front, I had a little good feeling that I made the right choice..The moment I stepped inside, I DEFINITELY made the right choice..I was amazed with the interior design and the wood works. It was just so pretty..We got our room and the wood work followed us to the room too…😄..The room too looked like shining and polished wood..It was just nice for us three…The bathroom had a bathtub, toiletries were provided, water bottles, mini fridge with drinks (you need to pay for these) and there were bath bombs as well..(you need to pay for this too).. Although there wasn’t a sea view for us, the city view was okay for us.Not very grand view but you see people enjoying their daily lives. Many restaurants, karaokes,massage parlours,mini marts,motorcycles for rent,hotels,food stalls are located within walking distances. The beach is situated within minutes of walk while you enjoy the view and smiles from the locals. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I even got a flower for Women’s Day!! ❤️.. I have no complaints about them at all…They were always smiling and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and yes we are coming...

Key Advantages and Location • Local Convenience: A 24-hour Korean supermarket is right in front of the hotel, which was very useful on days when the weather was poor. • Local Food: Just a short walk from the hotel's entrance, there was a vendor selling fresh mangoes and other fruits for 60,000 VND per kg, which were delicious. • Nearby Cafe: The popular CCCP Cafe is located to the right when facing away from the hotel, and I frequented it often. Room and Facility Condition • Bathroom: The shower water pressure was adequate, and the hot water supply was excellent. • Air Conditioning: The air conditioning worked very well. • Drinking Water: In addition to the complimentary water, the extra bottles on the shelf were reasonably priced at about 600 KRW (Korean Won). • Swimming Pool: Although I did not use it, it looked good and was located on the top floor. Area for Improvement • Cleanliness (Floor): The floor appeared somewhat dusty and uncleaned, so I wore shoes throughout my stay. Service • Staff Friendliness: The staff were adequately friendly. This is a nice budget hotel 2 streets from the beach. One of these roads is a major road and difficult to cross. The hotel itself has a lovely lobby, the rooms were nice but showing a bit of wear and tear. There is no restaurant or bar, so that was unexpected for me as I enjoy having one in the hotels I stay in. They do serve breakfast, only to guests and then it’s closed.

We had the ocean view and that is not much of a view. You see mostly buildings and shops. The pool has a decent view but it’s small and starting to look dated too.

The breakfast is mostly Asian cuisine which is fine but they will make you an omelette which was very nice. Breakfast staff is great!

Cleaning crew is lovely very kind and does a nice job. Lobby staff for the most part was very nice.

Overall I would give this a 3 star rating.

If you walk closer to the My Khe Beach area there are nice restaurants, shops and cafes.

Close by there is a nice little restaurant called Herbal pizza and steak and an air conditioned nail shop called Lalla that were both nice. Panda relax spa and massage is great and air conditioned and waxing Danang is air conditioned and...
